BREATHE to count of FIVE each way ...in and out... (7 FOR FOOTBALL STARS)

"Focus on your breathing: (UWS, PAGE 286) "Breathing out EXACTLY to count of 1-2-3-4-5. So focus on letting go of everything you want to let go, especially stress, fear and any other destabalizing emotions. For a few moments, practice letting go of any tension, stress, feelings, or thoughts that you don't need right now. Let them go. Then breathe in EXACTLY to the count of 1-2-3-4-5...

Next, I want you to know that when you let these things go with your out-breath, you are replacing that space with good, nurturing air with your in-breath. Visualize that good air coming into your body and healing whatever needs restoration. Send that air to anywhere in your body and feel the love and caring you are giving yourself right now. Bring it into yourself. Practice this for a little while.

What you need to do next is to balance these in-breaths with the out-breaths, so that you will feel soothing relaxation and balance coming into your body. Practice breathing in to a count of five, 1-2-3-4-5, now breathe out, 1-2-3-4-5, in-breath, 1-2-3-4-5, and out-breath 1-2-3-4-5. count for yourself for each in-breath and out-breath for at least five minutes.

Note to yourself that you are balancing your out-breaths and in-breaths, letting the stress and tension leave your body, and allowing the good nurturing air to come in. You are releasing the stress and bringing the healing forces in. "

Yet, as I wrote I begin to think of so many who inspire me here on Dr. Phil Website that I've met who are truly blessings personified to me and so many. Like MJ aka Curly1 and Michele and the list is so long would take a long time to type plus I might leave someone out after I posted. I'm sure everyone who has touched my heart knows they have like Suzanne and BZ and Tammy/Hope and Mary Ann and Ruthieg and...and that's still not all. So, am praying y'all I've mentioned, and those I haven't yet know they have touched my heart too, a BIG THANK YOU for the honor and privilege to have met y'all. For those who knew SaraDawn here. She has turned into a strikingly beautiful young lady although always was pretty before now, too. She is of Native American Cherokee descent and would make a lovely model and is very talented and intelligent. I won't share her business other than her mom needs our prayers. Please pray for a lasting healing of Sara Dawn's mom and for someone to always be nearby for SaraDawn to reach out to and be comforted by as in this time of need of healing for her mom. Thank you and God Bless Y'all, too.

A black and white man were arguing at Heaven's door if God is black or white. St. Peter told them to have a seat in the waiting room and God would come out and talk to them. While they were waiting, they continued to argue whether God is black or white. Then God stepped in and said to the men, "siyu!" I hope okay and let me know, please, if not okay... Wow! "God Please Reply" and other two inspirational poems no longer show up except in bitty bitty text at top. I think I'm depressed so I better go back to the depression message board. Oh well, I should be thankful the Prayer Board is still here and I am. You sure are bee bopping around maneuvering the Dr. Phil Website like a little computer whiz. Would y'all ask Dr. Phil this for me, please... Oh, too, did y'all get my DVD I mailed in this summer "Dream of Alice Stephenson"...? Dr. Phil, I was thinking what I'd like for my birthday, Sunday. Belated birthday presents okay, too, if too short of notice... For you, please, Dr. Phil, Robin, Jay and Erica to "Renovate My Life" with an Extreme Makeover and Extreme Makeover Home Edition (solar roof energy efficient cottage and all) in my home town. No more than one thousand square feet so utilities reasonable. Similar in size and location as Montford Inn Prairie House, in Norman, Oklahoma, with bathroom similar to Montford Inn Morning Song Room. One Mimosa tree and other small flowering trees like Crepe Mrtles and Rose of Sharons etc. Or my Wildest Dreams as per DVD I emailed you, Dr. Phil, via snail mail this summer. Either or as I'm flexible. That's not asking much since, Dr. Phil, you taught me SELF MATTERS includes me. Oh well, they say it never hurts to ask and so I have. It'd really be nice for this to happen now since my gallbladder flared up last night and I don't have insurance. Plus, I'm so homesick for my home town. Oh, by the way, all State and Federal taxes paid with someone to show me how to do State and Federal taxes. I live in Texas, now, and important to me to know how to and to have my State and Federal taxes always in order.
