GOD PLEASE REPLY

If ever you reach out in word
And feel like no one heard
To me each message that I see
Are like prayers rising up to Thee

After you left with all your tears
Combined with all your haunting fears
People stopped to read words you left
Sending prayers for you to be blessed

Parting prayers prayed to help you some
So you feel uplifted when here you come
And when no one knows what to say
Now and then know for you many pray

Thus if after you bare your soul
You feel no one heard... not one soul
I wanted you to know I stopped by
Said a prayer for you signed please reply

We have never seen each other
And by a miracle of fate just met
Along a Cyber Jesus moment
Catching same prayer wave upon the net

Doc Phil board is nectar of joy and hope
For bees low on honey in cyber flight
One by one here came all of us
Riding angel wings quick as light

Many arrive a wilting rose
Alone in their thoughts of doom and gloom
With fellowship become a budding rose
Renewing strength in smiles that bloom

Religious bring their Bible verses
To remind us why we all are here
God knew we ALL were hurting
Needing cyber hugs and cheer

Some stop by holding onto boot straps
With just enough strength to hear a cry
Yet still stick around to dry some tears
With posted cyber hugs and Hi’s

Tears blotted dry with cyber kleenex
And comforting words from all
To rise up again within compassion
So our hearts no longer crawl

Many at end of rope of whether
“To be or not to be”
Later transformed to cyber angels
Sharing the answer is “TO BE”

Hey, I saw above where Dolly has been talking or got an email from Buck.  Praise God for keeping him safe.  I am so happy for him and his family.

Dear Heavenly Father...

I feel exceedingly weary with grief and loss and I hope that you will bring healing to me and all who feel such intense grief and devastation. I know if we hang our heads down or look back we miss opportunities and blessings and even miracles You send our way. Dear Lord please don't give up on me and help me not to give up on myself. Help others to fear not and have faith as well. For as long as we believe there is hope there is hope and things only become hopeless when we lose hope. Thanks for the many blessings I have had epiphanies to see that I missed in my ever present 20/20 hindsight. Dear heavenly father help us to see our blessings with 20/20 present and foresight in real time so that we may all be healed and be abundantly blessed. Nonetheless, thanks for the many blessings I have seen and those I missed that are ever so clear now in 20/20 hindsight. Amen and Amen

Hi All! Lidica, Sea, Mar, Ma, Tama, forever29 etc.

I just copied this message I posted over from the other board. It never occured to me that Katrina had hurt so many of you. Thoughtless and locked in my own little world. I will say a prayer for all of you and I am so happy Buck is alright. 

Where is this new message board? I haven't worked this one out yet!  

I changed my computer over and I have been lost ever since. Add to that a really rotten week at work and I have had it!  

We had a bad storm that wiped out two thirds of my stock. Insurance is still deciding if it was an act of God so they don't have to pay.  

A woman I don't know rang me at the shop for an hour because she was so depressed and she needed someone to talk to. Don't we all know how that feels, I just had to listen until she felt better.  

One of my favourite customers who finally got pregnant with a donor egg lost her baby.  

Then I had a man ring me and buy baby boy clothes from birth to age 5. I asked him why he was buying so far ahead when his son isn't due until next January. He told me he wanted his only child to have the best and he was dying of cancer. He was so upbeat and happy. So I stayed the same until I hung up the phone.  

That was the last straw, I went out the door, locked the shop, burst into tears and went for a walk. My shop is my happy place but it didn't feel like it this week.  

I rang that man back today to give him his total. The cheery man was out buying his son a mini electric guitar. He is so full of happiness and peace.  

At least I know I have many Blessings to count.

DESTINATION POWER OF CHOICE

I found a large bag a sadness
While packing for my trip into today
With another larger bag of stress
Weighting down my shoulders heavily
I didn't want to forget my pains
Hurts and disappointments bags
Nor could I leave my regrets I'd packed
In Would've, Could've, Should've bags
While looking in the closets of my life
I saw luggage from every season past
Smiles and frowns and grins and strife
Worn while starring actress in my past
Every tear I'd shed inside a bag the color blue
So I could unpack the teardrops whenever I wanted to
An angel came and said, "Let God carry those for you"
Just let go and let God and the rest is up to you
No longer lugging baggage such a relief came over me
No longer unpacking moods that did not fit today
The sky was blue and all the birds were on a singing spree
No more unpacking for pity parties...those ended yesterday

I am so glad that you did this. I really do believe that prayer in numbers does make a difference. Remember this line "On Earth As It Is In Heaven." That is the earth that I pray for.

FOOTPRINTS IN THE SAND

  One night I dreamed I was walking along the beach with the Lord.
Many scenes from my life flashed across the sky.
In each scene I noticed footprints in the sand.
Sometimes there were two sets of footprints,
other times there were one set of footprints.

This bothered me because I noticed
that during the low periods of my life,
when I was suffering from
anguish, sorrow or defeat,
I could see only one set of footprints.

So I said to the Lord,
“You promised me Lord,
that if I followed you,
you would walk with me always.
But I have noticed that during the most trying periods of my life
there have only been one set of footprints in the sand.
Why, when I needed you most, you have not been there for me?”

The Lord replied,
“The times when you have seen only one set of footprints in the sand,
is when I carried you.”

Eight A.M. Powerful, Prayerful Walk to Happiness
(literally by: SEA for all of thee)

Like a spiritual rider on a fast steed
God's blessings breezed in like a knight
Bringing cool gentle breezes to walk with me
And clouds shading me from hot sunlight

As I prayed I thought
What if in every time zone
People prayed at 8 a.m.
Prayers around world to be blown

You hear of National Prayer Week
What about International Prayer
Yes EVERY day at 8 a.m.
For heaven's sake do we dare...

Suddenly wars would stop
For good earthly steward gatherings
Of please and thank you and God Bless You
Loving respect exchanged in greetings

Prayer really IS that powerful
So at 8 a.m. in every time zone
Let's pray each day for you and me
And around the world soon peace is sewn
