It's Ask Dr. Phil day and the doctor is in! The sky's the limit as Dr. Phil answers anything and everything -- including some questions with adult content! Melissa and Larry have been debating for years about what exactly constitutes oral sex. What they do agree on is that it's ruined their sex life and they're ready to put it to rest once and for all. Then, at just five feet tall and 100 pounds, this model says she's too petite for her dreams to come true and feels short-changed. Hear what she has to say about overweight people who win prizes for losing weight! Next, can you love your animals too much? Ken says his girlfriend treats her dogs like they're her children, but is he just jealous?  Join the discussion.

Are you Kidding? ??!!

Okay, you've got to be kidding me...I am listening to this ingrateful brat talk about how awful her life is because she is short? Come on. I may have felt a little sorry for her, had she not started talking about fat people and how dr. phil shouldn't reward them. I have to admit, I have never been what people consider "fat", nor am I what people consider "short", but I try every day to have to attitude that I am thankful for what I have been given and if I start to get down about certain things I remember how much I have and how much could be taken away from me. This country is in the midst of crisis and all this girl can talk about is what opportunities she can't have because she is short. I think her "treatment" needs to be going down to New Orleans and living that life for a while and then seeing how thankful she is for what she has in life. Dr. Phil was way too nice to her. She has a condition way worse than being short..and it is called being INGRATEFUL and SELFISH. Grrr.

DO YOU HAVE A NOSE PROBLEM?

Quote From: plscows

OKAY, THE GUY AND HIS WIFE, 1ST ON SHOW, TELL THAT LADY TO GO GET A SALIVA TEST FROM HER OB/GYN, THIS WILL TELL HER ABOUT HER HORMONES, HER HUSBAND OUGHT TO BE A ASHAMED, TAKE CARE OF THIS AT HOME, NOT ON NATIONAL TV, ME PERSONALLY, I WOULDN'T DO ANYTHING FOR HIM AFTER THAT.

NEXT, I HAVE 3 DOGS IN THE HOUSE, THEY SLEEP WITH ME AND MY HUSBAND AND WOULDN'T HAVE IT ANY OTHER WAY, WE WOULD BE LOST WITHOUT THEM, AND MY DOGS KNOW WHAT I'M SAYING

I have yet to meet a dog that does not smell......and to think you have this in bed with you!  Do you know where your dogs have been, where they have licked, before they lick your face,  where they have poked their noses?    Quite likely, in your toilet.  Did you ever notice that they sit on their rectums, on your sheets, your floors, carpets, your bath mat?

Think about it!   It is no wonder that you have "a problem".    What else did you expect?

big responsibility?? ok....

Quote From: yorkielvr

Yorkies are a big responsibility.  They are more needy than other breeds of dogs.  That guy is lucky she is staying over his house at all.  I wouldn't leave my yorkies home alone all night.  I say...dump him and find someone who would support her love and devotion to her furbabies.

I am on Ken's side here.  I have 1 yorkie, 1 half lab, and 1 cat.  My yorkie likes attention, but he is not high maintenance.  Things are what you let them be.  Dogs are hunters no matter what type they are, if they went out on their own they could survive.  I keep my yorkie's coat cut short, I bathe him when he needs a bath.  He's not a lot of responsibility.  I treat him like a dog, b/c that is what he is, he spends most of his day outside getting dirty and playing with my lab, what is wrong with that?? He LOVES to be dirty and he LOVES to play.  I guess I don't understand how you could possibly choose your dogs over him?  or her, if you are a dog loving guy.  My dogs come inside at night when it gets dark, and they sleep inside, my yorkie sleeps with us as a matter of fact, and when it's cold outside they live inside and go outside to potty.  But I do not hold them above my boyfriend, b/c if something were to happen to me, like if I broke my leg or something, who is going to take care of me? not my dogs!! my boyfriend will be the one who takes care of me.

So to the yorkie girl, get your head out of the clouds, Ken seems like a great guy and he's just waiting for you to love him and nurture him like you do those dogs, treat him good and maybe he won't care if you love your dogs so much.

I love my pets

Quote From: plscows

YOU MUST NOT LIKES ANIMALS, DOGS, CATS, ETC.

MAYBE IF YOU HAD A PET TO LOVE YOU UNCONDITIONALLY, MAYBE YOU WOULDN'T BE SO SHALLOW

I have pets, have had them all my life, but they are pets.  My cats (10 of them) catch and eat mice, my dogs, (3 of them) chase, catch and eat possum, snakes, cow poop, and anything else they can get in their mouths, never mind roll in.  We have to remember that no matter how much we love our pets, they are still pets. They live different lives than us, their priorities our different from ours.....no matter how much we love them, they are still animals.....(no opposable thumbs)

Any relationship...eh?

Quote From: jazzsyx

Amen!  I have 2 Italian Greyhounds (another needy breed).  I will not leave my dogs overnight alone.  I don't want to be with someone who won't accept my dogs and at least tolerate (without teasing me too much) about how I treat them.  They are dogs, but I will not give them up for any relationship...the only exception would be my future kids.  A couple I know of have a newborn who is allergic to dogs....so they of course have to find another home for the ba...I mean....uh.....dogs. <grin>  But that is the only exception.
I'm really sorry...but you don't  derserve to be in ANY relationship if you're willing to put your dogs first.  Who would marry some one who puts a dogs first?  You stated that the only exception would be your future children...good luck on finding a man that would stick with you long enough to give you the WONDERFUL opportunity and blessing of having children with the mentality that you carry around with you.    And if for some reason you should find someone that shares the same interest of putting a DOG first....God bless that relationship.  Because men need to be nurtured, loved, admired, respected and appriciated.  And if you make it known that your DOG comes first....I really hope that he runs  (AS FAST AS HE CAN).  Because he will only find trouble and heartache.  Relationships are hard but there is nothing in comparison to a stinkin' dog as opposed to finding the man of your dreams who will give you so much more than a dog ever could!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WANNABE MODEL

WHO ELSE WAS COMPLETELY DISGUSTED AND FRUSTRATED BY THE SHORT COMPLAINER?

well I can say I that I have never been more frustrated by another Dr. Phil guest as I was by this woman. She should walk a day in MY shoes, when going shopping for a simple pair of jeans brings me to tears because I cant find anything to fit me...when I get treated badly and given looks of disgust by people because of my wieght. And let me just say that not ALL people are overweight due to compulsive eating. People are not overweight because they sit in front of the tv and stuff their face with chips...some people have health problems or psycological problems where they substitute food for comfort or whatever. I agree with whoever on this message board who said this woman just went on Dr. Phil because she thought he would give her some kind of prize for being short...hahaha! Was she wrong!! I just thought it was funny that Dr. Phil gave her a very detailed explanation of the reasons behind rewarding people for loosing weight and she STILL didn't get it! WHAT AN IDIOT! Maybe she should focus more on enlightening herself on the struggles of being overweight and stop persuing a modeling career...cause she's really NOT that pretty. I hope one day she becomes overweight and can feel what its like...what goes around comes around, and it definately will for her.

10/04 Ask Dr. Phil

Quote From: smylemaker

She was just looking for 15 minutes of fame. She came across very stoic and unpersonable. No one I would want to work with, for or around. Hope she has a backup plan to the modeling. Her attitude really detracted from what beauty she could have possessed. And Dr. Phil was so gracious to tell her she was beautiful. Glad the show is over and hopefully she'll never been seen on his show again.
Perfectly said....maybe she will find some inner-beauty one day, and stop criticizing everyone else.  She is screaming out..."Look at me!! Look at me!!  I didn't see any beauty at all, just a very selfish person who wanted some attention.  I didn't really even notice her height, and don't care how tall or short she is.   Yes, Dr. Phil was maybe a bit too gracious.  I wish he would have given her some homework...like going out to feed "starving" and "deformed" children, and see if that might spark any life into her very shallow being.

Poopy Pets

I don't have pets and I don't want them. It disgusts me when I am at someones house and the animal excrement and pee and smells make the home their pet box and not the human's home. YUK>
