well I can say I that I have never been more frustrated by another Dr. Phil guest as I was by this woman. She should walk a day in MY shoes, when going shopping for a simple pair of jeans brings me to tears because I cant find anything to fit me...when I get treated badly and given looks of disgust by people because of my wieght. And let me just say that not ALL people are overweight due to compulsive eating. People are not overweight because they sit in front of the tv and stuff their face with chips...some people have health problems or psycological problems where they substitute food for comfort or whatever. I agree with whoever on this message board who said this woman just went on Dr. Phil because she thought he would give her some kind of prize for being short...hahaha! Was she wrong!! I just thought it was funny that Dr. Phil gave her a very detailed explanation of the reasons behind rewarding people for loosing weight and she STILL didn't get it! WHAT AN IDIOT! Maybe she should focus more on enlightening herself on the struggles of being overweight and stop persuing a modeling career...cause she's really NOT that pretty. I hope one day she becomes overweight and can feel what its like...what goes around comes around, and it definately will for her.
Is she kidding me. Not everybody is fat because they over eat. If that was the case then it would be easier for us fat people to lose the wieght but it is not that simple. I myself for the most part don't really eat that much. Most days I eat two meals aday. In todays way of food i don't always eat healthy but i was taught that "Its not what you eat it is how much you eat."
Now i am very overweight. As far as what she said about it is because people eat to much that is not always the case. Has she ever thought of genetics. Everybody in my family, but two people, are overweight one way or another. Some are big and some aren't that big but still overweight. For example, my sister only eats one to two times a day, most of the time its once, and when she does eat she don't eat that much. For instance if she went and ate at McDonalds she could eat a double cheeseburger and be full, and i mean full. She is overweight as well. So its not just because we eat too much. Now as far as excerise, most of the US don't do it and there is still alot of skinny people. This girl needs to get a clue and before she judges she needs to sit and talk to some fat people and see exactly what the deal is. I'm sorry that we can change how big we are but we can't change our height and that is what all of this is about.
