Hi everyone - I'm from north central Iowa and in need of weight loss.  I am a faithful Dr. Phil fan and struggle with my weight.  I'm fairly certain I have spent a small fortune on weight loss products.  I am 42 and have not had a thyroid gland for 16 years.  Yeah, yeah, I know Dr. Phil doesn't think that's an excuse, but I stuggle with keeping the "levels" even taking medication and God knows I feel like crap when it's too low, too high, and usually inbetween trying to get it where it should be.  I just started natural hormone replacement therapy, thinking that would help - so far gaining more weight then I did before.  I can't get motivated to exercise, and being a self employed woman, at home, I graze the cupboards nonstop.  I find myself eating and don't even realize what I am doing.  Anyone looking for a partner, please let me know.  AT HER ROPES END IN IOWA!

My name is Cindy and I live in Dubuque.  I have a brother that lives in Davenport.  maybe we can meet up and get some weight loss going.  Since i have had my blood clot back in November i have lost about 20 lbs.  I want to keep going as i have more to lose.   I am also looking for some email buddies to get some goals going.  i want to lose atleast 50-75 more lbs.  right now i weigh 263 and should weigh around 175.  I am 5'9.  hope to hear from someone soon.  lets get losing.
