Hello. I live in Spokane Washington and would love to have a buddy to help support me in this weight loss journey that I am going through. I tried to watch what I eat which is getting better everyday. I bought the biggest loser book and also dr phils weight loss book. I know if I read them that might actually help. *smile* I also joined a gym and paid one whole year membership dues up front so I won't have that as an excuse to quit. I made sure it was between my house and work so I have to pass it everyday on the way home, making it easier to stop and work out. I keep my work out clothes in the car, again to take another excuse out of the book. I really do want to lose this weight and really do believe this is the year for me to do it. I have 110 pounds to lose but need to think about it 1 pound at a time. Anybody out there want to be my support buddy? I sure could use one and being single, I don't really want to do this all by myself.  

And I can be a really good support buddy too.

I havent had a chance to check this recently. But here i am today. I dont know how to go about getting in contact other than on here, but i think it would be good if we made a plan to meet sometime and hit the gym. I usually walk the track or do the elyptical. But anything will do. So i will check back here later today. Let me know what you think.
