I'm in Citrus Heights the area by Carmichael.

I'd love to start a group of us in a walking program maybe an afternoon or evening when it's a little cooler????

   I think it wound be great for several of us to get togeather and just have that incentive from one and other to keep up the good work so to speak .. That moral support that women have for one and other.

One problem I can't drive.

I'm going for a goal of 130 I've gone from 210 down to 180 so I'm on the right track but plateu

     I'm over in the Sacramento County in Citrus Heights.

I'd like to start a walking program with others and just make it fun and something we look forward to not just have to do. Maybe a challege to each other. and go for goals in small lbs like `0-20 lbs at a time

  i may be writing this twice but I'm just adjusting to this.

This sounds like a great set up. I'm trying to get into a walking regimin.
