I see no edit button on here -- I surely hope that is not a feature we have lost or you will all be stuck with my spelling errors. It has been frustrating to get on here and I have yet to figure out how to change my picture but maybe tomorrow. Joyce
Would' preview 'be new term for edit-also there appears to be 'spell check' available now-so that makes it much easier................Mac.
I do not have "preview or spellcheck on mine Will I foud preview but no back space or delete- preview leads to edit - You get one shot at this not 30 inutes as beforeto cvhan change your mind. I have tried every avenue to change my profile picture. I hit browse and get the new picture on but cannot seem to get it on the profile itself. There are blank boxes under the profile picture -- I have checked all these boxes but still come up frustrated and empty. I do like the editing tools for pictures the new board has added. Can we also insert pictures in our messages from a web site as we use too? (sorry about tto vz to but I have no backspace option and as a mac user no button bar for spell ceck and such when I go to edit) I store my images on a site that lets me download them other places-will I be able to go to that site and download any of those photos into my message. Can we use a larger font and colors as in the past with our messages.? Thank you theljoy This font size is very sa small for our age group to read
I continue to try and educate myself with this new format of a board. So far it lacks the intimacy of before. Each message in its own little box. I have hopes I will grow to love it but right now not so sure. I miss the extra directions given (hints and tips) written in a style we could all understand. I inserted our wowstars and will see if that remains. it appears all images will be small so that will curb my enthusiasim for inserting photos. There are many questions and frustrations but then I must remember in 03 when everything was confusing on the old board. I look so forward to going to our chat room tonight and tomorrow where I may wrap a familiar blanker(t) of posting around me. See you there at 5 Pacific wows. f I am trying to type in a larger font. On this board last is first ff (and) first is last -- I miss the count of messages as well. Is there a count or cut off point where youcan no longer read past messages? In the past boards where archieved at 3000 posts. Questions quet questions. LOL
Profile pictures are currently having some issues, we hope to have it fixed this weekend but no promises.
I've reported your problem with missing buttons, might be a Mac issue.
To add an image to your message from a website, try RIGHT clicking on the image, select COPY, then in the message text RIGHT click where you want to insert the image and selecte PASTE.
To view messages with a larger font you can change this by editing your profile, the option is located towards the bottom. It will not however increase font size in the posting box but I've passed that suggestion along.
We're limiting colors to red and black for now.
Thankyou for yoour quick reply. I have inserted an image from my storage web site. I wait to see if it remains as I have inserted it. I tried code for larger print & that did not work so well -- so I will refrain from that. It appears we Mac user have some issues but look forward to them being ironed out as I know they are being worked on. Thn Thanks again
I am testing again to see if I can paste this message from my mac onto the board. I am also going to try another insert photo. You know once I get those images going, things will look alot more like home around here !! LOL

I have gone bavk to my profile and edited it for large print- that looks so much better-- even gets rid of some of the bllue that I am not fond of. Joyce
