Share Your Thoughts on Our New Web Design!

Quote From: lindalouiser

I am fairly computer literate but I must confess I am having trouble finding my way around either the new or the old website.  Is it possible to watch entire episodes of Dr. Phil online????  Because I live in the Houston area, today's show (Part 2 of The Ultimate Weight Loss Race) was preempted by coverage of Hurricane Ike!  I NEED to watch the show but cannot figure out how!  Duh!

Looking forward to words of wisdom from someone - ANYONE!!

Blessings,

Linda Louiser

We don't offer the show to be viewed online, but you can read the transcriot of what ahppened on the show on the daily show page. It's pretty complete and covers just about everything that happened on the show

To find the show pages, click on SHOWS & VIDEO at the top and then select either SHOWS THIS WEEK or SHOW ARCHIVE.

Sea - Technical Problems

Quote From: yesyoucan

I'm happy Sue inspired you to go to the doctor by going to the doctor herself.

Also, happy you plan to follow doctor's orders...

Well, on that note, I'm calling it a night.

A LONG DAY volunteering my time to help some friends, today, along with errands. We all know how that goes.

My walk tonight helped and I'm happy I'm back on track going for walks again. Mostly since weather more user friendly PLUS Suzanne talking about resuming her exercises etc. Definitely, we are a TEAM here and what one person mentions doing can be inspiring from going to doctor, to exercising to laundry etc. chores etc.

BTW: You are sounding better aces24. I hope you are on your way to feeling better most of the time in every way and, especially, pain free eventually. I think following doctor's orders is a step in the right direction.

Thanks everyone...

Hugs and prayers to you and all "across the boards" and behind the boards... SEA

Sea,

The best thing you can do with an issue like this is to contact the technical support people by using the HELP button at the top of the page. This is especially important when you see something new or different on the site. Be sure to include what browser you are using and how you connect to the internet. Any details you can give the technical staff will help them in solving any issues you may have.

RE: Paying Ahead

Quote From: hanleylin

I caught the tail-end of a show the other day when Dr. Phil was talking about living within your means and "paying ahead".  What is this concept of "paying ahead" ?
thanks
Linda

Please look at the Show Page for more information from the show. http://drphil.com/shows/show/1144/

RE: CHECKLIST

Quote From: redfeathers

I'm looking for that "checklist" mentioned in the description for this episode, but can't seem to find it. I think that my boyfriend is heading in the direction of gaming addiction, and I want to see if he has some signs that Dr. Phil would consider telltale of addiction. My boyfriend does some things that I'm almost 100% sure are signs (stays up into late hours of the night, looses track of time, sometimes doesn't answer his phone, spends money on games when he needs to pay for other things first).

In a nutshell I want to know which are the worst signs, and how to prevent him from getting in too deep before it's too late.

You can find the checklist link at the top of the board description for this show. Here is the URL: http://drphil.com/articles/article/573

RE: Coupon Link

Quote From: puppies2

Dr. Phil on the show today you had Ashley talk about her coupon saving. I did not get the link for her. Would it be possible for someone to give it to me. I thoroughly enjoyed the show and look forward to more on this idea in the future.

You can find the link for the coupons on the "Money Saving Tips & Tricks" page. Simply copy and paste this address into your browser and you will see the resources listed toward the bottom of the page.

Answers to questions

Quote From: sdriscoll

Where do I find the questions to answer that you talked about on the show today?

If you go to the top of this board and click on "Find out what happened on the show." On this page (http://drphil.com/shows/show/1263/) you will find a list of resources towards the bottom of the page. Where you see the picture of Robin's book shown, click on the word "here." This will open a .PDF file that shows an excerpt from her book. On page 130 you will see a list of symptoms that you can check off.

Please note that for .pdf files you need to have Adobe Acrobat on your computer to be able to read the file.
