Obese without help

I've been overweight since my childhood, now i've got three kids my stomach looks like i'm still 6 months pregnant. I'm 30 and can't fit into sexy clothes I always have to buy baggy clothes so that I can hide my bulging stomach. In my province we don't have gyms nearby worst I can't afford to attend the ones in another town as it is far from where I live. I really have lost hope of ever seeing myself in a tight t-shirt. I've even thought about having a tummy tuck but I can't afford it too so TRUELY i'm lost. This makes me unhappy. I have no idea who to turn to at this point.

Girl I envy you I'm in South Africa and your replica i'm exactly like you WERE. How did you manage to have that will power. I haven't even visited a gym once but after today i'm heading straight to the gym. Good luck and keep it up

Here is my heaviest age 33 and my most recent competition age 41

Keep it up girl. I'm still on the bottom of the hill. I haven't even set foot in a gym but after seeing this I'm heading straight to the gym. Where did you get the willpower girl? You look stunning, amazing and happy on the after picture. I envy you with all my heart KEEP IT UP you're my inspiration.

I'm in South Africa and eventually envy you guys for supporting each other. I NEED the Ultimate Weight Loss book by Dr Phil but can't find it anywhere here. I've very low self-esteem, I don't socialise because of my obesity. People often stare at me, I once went to a friend's party everyone was happy dancing instead I was sitting on the corner hiding myself in baggy clothes. We're about to go to our school reunion in 2006 I don't think that I will because I didn't get a chance to attend my PROM night as my mother couldn't afford to buy me that DRESS so I stayed at home instead. The reunion will be my last chance to wear it but not in this body. It's killing me. I wish somebody could help me not to give up.

Keep up on supporting each other.
