If you don’t like rhyme
Or just don’t like mine
That’s fine and OK
If I don’t like what you write, I won’t send you away

I have a lot in common with some of you here
This may be the one place I can let-down-my hair
I may speak out in just a whisper, but please understand
Just as those who rant and shout, I just need a hand!

I get that just fine
What I meant by that rhyme
Is the need to say ANYTHING AT ALL
When someone new or DIFFERENT comes HERE to call

Remember what it’s like to be new?
Now put on that shoe
When someone reaches out TO YOU
Tell me, what should you do?

Silence is golden, it’s said
When a comment pops into my head
I try to count up to ten
Then consider it again
I’m usually better off listening instead

That is not what I did last night. I got a bit caught-up in the discussion (that subsequently seem to have been deleted.) Someone was mad at someone... Whatever... Anyway, it was uncomfortable and I reacted with that rhyme... hoping someone would read between the lines. Before I knew it, everyone decided to go to bed. There I sat!!! DOH!!!

By the way, we DO share something... Cathy

KAREN. .  .Things are pretty well stable here, the girls are fine , but I am a bit of a neat freak. . .and when the cluttler gets this bad. .I kind of panic. . .When we vacuumed today there were 5 pairs of shoes and flip flops at the front door. . . There are clothes and pj's in 3 of the 4 corners of the bedroom. . as we say THIS TOO WILL PASS. . . well we are going to the hospital now so will close. .  .

We recycle some of Blue’s rhymes from the other “neighborhood” boards to Blue Notes because it fills the pages there, our folks can see what we have been up to and partly because of vanity, I suppose! Anyway, it is nice to have your “stuff” in front of you on your word processing software when you want to “tweek-around” with it. It’s also quite convenient to have it saved to your hard drive for... WHATEVER.

Can you imagine what my “stuff” could do to me in court? WHITE COATS for BLUE!
Completely on another subject... BJ from Georgia? Where? This May I moved to Valdosta Georgia, that’s South-East Georgia Y’ALL! Still in the USA but fixen’ to be declared 3rd world any day now!
