How scary is it that if you are a minor that they do not have a registary. And we have to protect them for there safety. And if they live in your own house you can not even protect your other childern with out being under securny of social services.
The laws need to be changed! From personal experience we are saying this is ok until you are 18 and you get caught, but by that time they have learned to out smart the system. And now my daughter has to attend school with him and we are not allowed to tell anyone cause it would violate his rights!
