I was wondering if anyone has been in this situation. I am just finishing my schooling to become a Medical Coder and Biller. I have been putting in resumes but most of the ads I come across they want 2 or more experience. There are very few employers that are willing to train, I was wondering where do I get the experience so I can get the job. The school has a graduate service center and have signed up for a couple of temp agencies but I am afraid that is not enough. It seems that no employer wants to really train anymore. I think if more employers were willing to train then I think more people would not be in povtrey.
