Not sure what the laws are where this happened, but I would think that someone under the age of 18 who can not yet drink or vote legally should get the benefit of Juvie court. Did she kill him? yes. I feel that if she had done it intentionally I think she would have gone to trial on a self defence plea. For any of you that follow NHL hockey, you probably already know about Dany Heatley and Daniel Snider. For the uninitiated here is the story. They were team mates on the Atlanta Thrashers hockey club and were best friends as well. Dany overdrove road conditions and accidentally killed his best friend.
