cheerleader scandal

Quote From: c0da86

Just wondering why the case was not heard in family court or in juvenile court. Not sure what the laws are where this happened, but I would think that someone under the age of 18 who can not yet drink or vote legally should get the benefit of Juvie court. Did she kill him? yes. Did she do it intentionally? Still haven't made up my mind on that one, but when you take the alleged abuse into consideration and the items on the police report that were not mentioned at her hearing, I am leaning towards her not having premeditation. I feel that if she had done it intentionally I think she would have gone to trial on a self defence plea. Did she feel she should pay some kind of penalty?Yes.12 years? No. This reminds me of another incident. For any of you that follow NHL hockey, you probably already know about Dany Heatley and Daniel Snider. For the uninitiated here is the story. They were team mates on the Atlanta Thrashers hockey club and were best friends as well. Dany overdrove road conditions and accidentally killed his best friend. Dany has to live with that every day of his life, just as Brandi will have to. The Snider family, in an act of forgiveness, publicly forgave Dany Heatley and chose not to press charges. They understood that nothing could bring their son back and that enduring bitterness profited them nothing. They realized that it was an accident. Just as this was.
I think the girl was angry and ran Daniel down. She knew he was hurt and all she could think of was how can I cover this up. I dont think she actually tried to kill him but maybe to hurt him. She needs to be locked up for her natural life.Yes she made a terrible mistake but she should still have to pay for it. She would not been able to drive or try to cover up the accident if she was in such shock. She would have gotten out of the car to see if the boy was ok or needed help. But she drove off not knowing if a call to 911 could have saved his life. I know how Daniels parents feel. I had lost my boys father to nonsense. He was set up in  a place to meet an ex-girlfriend about looking at acar to buy and the ex-girlfriend had stolen a gun from my kids father and some gut shot him. After my kids dad fell to the ground he stood over him and said how big are you know mother ****er and shot him in the head... The guy spent 8 yrs in prison because he git involentary manslaughter. To me it was premetitated murder. Especially after the second shot.  She didnt get anything, he got 8 yrs and my boys ages at the time were 8 and 4yrs old lost their father. He should have died in prison. The girl who ran down Daniel is no exception either.

sick o's like michelle212

I think it sexual abuse on a child and why would a grown up even want to have sex with a kid. You have to be a real sick human being to abuse a kid or even think about . They should all go to prison and rot in there. Because the kid will have to live with that the rest of his life. How can a kid turn on an adult? You people are sick and its sad that us parents can't even trust a teacher anymore..
