I am a 40 year old mother of five chidren and six grandchildren..I have no self esteem no motivation or will to go any where. I grew up being called stringheaded B from my Mom and there was alot of mental and other abuse that went on in my family. I visited my Mom Sunday, it had been about a month since I had saw her, the first thing she said to me in front of everyone there is i had gotten FAT. I cryed all the way home. I am very willing to have any plastic surgery or anything else that would help me not feel so ashamed of my self. Please help...
