LIFE HAPPENS

I don't believe in curses, however I do believe that there is good an evil in this world.  One thing God gave all humans is the ability to reason and make choices.  We can choose our thoughts and our reactions to life situations beit negative or positive.  My heart went out to the guests Sarah & George who can only see the negative and not the everyday good about their lifes. We all have life troubles, just ask the people in New Orleans and Gulf Port, MS,  life just keep happening to them.  Those people are not cursed anymore than they are.

The poor lady whose father preformed an exercism on her at the age of 9, really needs to know the truth about God and his overwelming love for her.  I pray she finds a well taught, well balanced church home.

I like Holly would battle evil spirits in my dreams as well.  I had dreamed of outright battles with evil spirits that were coming to take my grandmother, who died a slow death with Alzhemer.  Each time I would defeat them,  I felt so good that I had stopped them from taking her.  I noticed Holly said 7 years ago her close friend died and for 7 years she has been having these dreams.   I believe there to be a connection.

What helped me was to release my grandmother,  I have no right to keep her on this earth for me by fighting off what I thought were evil spirits of death.  Holly maybe needs to do the same and realize she can't fight off bad things happening. Both her friend and my grandmother are in a far better place with not sickness or pain.

NEW MINDSET, NEW LIFE

Quote From: popptart

There are lots of ways of being cursed, I belive we can curse ourselves and not even know it. We can curse our children, without meaning it. My life has been less then charmed, but about 10 years ago I started to 'belive in carma' sort of like the new show 'My name is Earl' and began to try to live my life as honest and true as I could, nothing has changed nothing in my life has got better, yet I continue to try to live honestly and continue to get dirt kicked in my face.

I even tried to re-start my life, I got married, had a baby and thought I was finally going to live happily ever after, far from the truth, I had EXTREAMLY bad post pardom and befor my daughter turned one my husband of only 2 years had heart surgery and has had complications since and been out of work.

My real mother left me when I was 5 months old, my father the same, and my aunt who I knew as mom dumped me in 2002. My husband was a healthy sane man when we married, and I cant help but think looking at him now, sick and at home, that I am cursed and have been since the first time I was left .

I KNOW IT'S HARD RIGHT NOW, BUT NEVER GIVE UP.  GOD HAS NOT FORGOTTEN YOU OR YOUR FAMILY, SO DON'T YOU FORGET HIM OR HIS WORD, AND ESPECIALLY HIS LOVE.

WE ARE STILL BEING HEALED BY THE STRIPS OF JESUS CHRIST.

A WONDERFUL BOOK THAT HELP ME AND SO MANY MILLIONS OF OTHERS.

"YOUR BEST LIFE YET" BY PASTOR JOEL OLSTEEN.  IT IS EASY READING AND NOT CONDEMNING AT ALL.  IT REALLY OPENED MY EYES TO SO MUCH MORE OF THE POWER OF THINKING AND BELIEVING GOOD AND NOT ALL THE NEGATIVE.

PLEASE TALK TO SOMEONE, THAT IS SOLID AND WELL BALANCED IN GOD'S WORD.  WE ALL NEED HELP, ASK GOD TO SHOW YOU WHO HE WANTS YOU TO TALK TO.

BE BLESSED,

ITS NEVER TOO LATE

Quote From: kmarie225

When I was young, my sisters and their friends had a seance in our house and used the weedge board alot. I was not religious growning up and don't believe in God or the Devil or evil spirits or angels. But as time has gone by, I have thought that I am cursed. My mother was the 20th child of 22 born to the same parents and has had a hard, uneducated life, caught in the 'cycle of abuse'. So I feel that if her parents would have only had a few kids and her not be born, in turn I would not be here or my children and grandchildren, I wouldn't have all of the bad things happen to me and maybe my husband would have had a better life. We have never had good luck of any kind. I am grateful to have a roof over my head, a job to help with financially and a husband that is caring and not abusive in any way. But I feel guilty because I feel cursed and he could have done better without me. I feel cursed because we never seem to be able to get ahead. Everytime I save alittle money and get caught up on bills, something else comes up and there goes the savings. I recently lost my job and took the first part time job that was offered just to keep money coming in. My husband had an injury at work five years ago and has never really recovered fully. He is currently back in a doctors care. He has kept his job through all the pain and days missed, he has suffered with this injury and still keeps going. Our oldest daughter and her husband lost their house due to medical bills and moved in with us, our middle daughter is getting divorced after five years of marriage, our son keeps losing jobs due to his asthma and our youngest daughter has missed more school in the last four years than she's been there. No doctor can tell us why, she's been tested for alot of things and they keep telling us there is nothing wrong with her. Our oldest daughter, her husband, my husband, our son and myself all have different forms of arthritis I also have Menires Disease and our oldest daughter is on many medications for other physical problems. We live from paycheck to paycheck and are always one step from being homeless.I know people have hardships and ups and downs in life, but I think we've had more than our share. I called a debt consolidation place to lump my bills and get them paid off and they gave me a monthly quote that I couldn't possibly afford. I can't get a consolidation loan because I don't own anything but an old car. I really don't know how people make it in this world and I'll be glad when I'm old and my life is over. Don't suppose I could have a do over? karen
