No Deadwood this weekend, think it will be another two weeks before we go.. Last Thur we went over and I was hot. I love to go there.. 

I love the cooking channel also, Paula is on of my favorites.. 

Too funny about the drive-up and the dog. 

And I am so sorry to hear about your friends home. That has to be such a shock and I can imagine what a huge mess and smell.. 

How is your friend doing who had the surgery?? did she have the by-pass one done?? Have my fingers crossed for her.. 

Were to roads clear to drive on for you??? 

Well, wish I could shake this neck pain.. it just is not wanting to let up.. it's a throbber..

 Well, just got all caught up with all the post.. 

I am feeling really tired today. Not any huge pain, just tired. 

I have been thinking about what has been talked about, about weening or holiday's off..  

I have been injured for four years and 12 days. My biggest battle has been to be able to get my pain under some manageable level. And this has been a complete trial and error with trying different drugs and life style changes. 

I am at a point in my life that I can get up and get dressed and days I have to, put on make-up and at least be able to travel in the truck and do things that I was not able to do 4 yrs ago.  

For myself, there is no way in hell I want to or have any need to ween myself off of anything. I am very happy with the , wait, going to go count my med's here.... seven I take a day and that includes one for my acne, so I can say six.. 

BUT, this is just what works for me. And yes, I am on Oxycode and I am so thankful for this one, it has been the one that has helped me the most. 

And again, this is what works for myself.. 

And I have had my med's stolen from a "family friend" and the with-draws are horrible. I never want to go though that ever again.  

They say were the saying came from.. "oh yeah, he's kicking the habit," it came from the heroine users in the 60's.. when you came off of this, your legs were uncontrollably KICKING..  

Been there done it and no thanks.. 

But, this is what works for me and what works for others is just that.. 

But, I have a pain contract with my Dr.. And let me tell all of you, I take this contract very seriously. I follow it to the letter.  

 After my withdraws from my drugs being taken, we purchased a $800.00 SAFE and I use it all the time.. 

So my thought on this matter is that what works for one, dose not always work for you.. And be sure to talk to your Doctor before you do anything with your medication. Be safe and smart.. 

Val, I have to laugh about the thought of all of us using the safety box's in the Motel for all our med's.. could you see that one.. Loved you post.. too funny....

Val, question, as you are finding out, I am kinda slow.. I was having huge problems getting on the board yesterday.. what did they do?? 

I thought I was loosing my mind.. I could not get on until last night.. they changed what??

Wy.. this morning is clear, but high winds started last night and still a blowing..and of course that makes the wind-chill drop a lot.. air temp is 18 so I would guess close to 0.. uggg.. 

With my Raynard's this effects the hands, just like I have had them in the freezer all night.. 

I have to get my tail in the car and get into town, but will check in later today..

 and just wanted you gal's to know I am sure "missing you".. 

By the way, yesterday was the first day of spring, so "happy spring" everyone. 

Need to know it any of you started to have acne problems after you started on med's and if so what kind of problems. 

I started seeing the dermatologist in Oct.. never had problems until just two yrs ago. He did check my hormone levels and that is all a-ok.. but just wondering.. 

So I have been on oral and cream and going to do a micro in a month or so. Saving my pennies for this one, our health ins will not cover it.. but, will make me feel better. 

Oprah had a good show today about procedures that did not include cutting on the face and it was really cool to see the huge difference's. 

I am really feeling the neck pain "deep"  and just got the tenz unit out today. It does help me a lot and seems to loosen things up in my neck and shoulder. Seems like I use it forever and then forget and now I think it will be my traveling friend for a while now.  

I hope all is going okay for ya's and just know I am thinking of you and sending my love..

 I was very glad to see you girls on post this AM.. 

And so glad we are not on "the view" anymore. 

Cheryl, also know we have our "finger's crossed" for you on your blood work. And glad your lines are back up and working. This storm hit some really hard and fast and laid down some snow in places. A friend in Valentine NE, said they got hit and it was a fast one.  

Our town missed it and then 80 miles from us the roads were closed. We are so dry here and could use that good wet snow. 

Andrea, you don't have to babysit me today, I GOT IT.. but thanks for covering my back, girl!!! and I looked up the words, ha, a little more with it than most days.. heeeee... 

Well, just talking myself into getting with it (i promised a friend's family that i would sit with her in the hospital, she's 83 and broke her hip and i guess not a happy camper, threw a pillow at the nurse yesterday, so should be a interesting day for me) but just so sore and really stiff this AM, so just putting off getting off my tail and moving on... 

I hope Wed is a good day for you all and hang in there..

I think most of us have a hard enough time battling our self's more less than some one else kicking us down and then spiting on you.. 

And NO I did not know what Farsi was.. but I do know what I mean if I use the work Arrogant.. and to be honest, I have never used this word towards any women. Men, yes.............................
