I am 23 and have been married for almost 2 years. My husband and I are not getting along well at all. He refuses to address certain issues of our marriage that need to be fixed. I have given him plenty of opportunities to work on it. Counseling with me, him alone, yelling, talking, separations, him moving out, talking with my parents, signed him up for AA meetings and psychiatry appts. But he won't go, goes once, lies to people to avoid confrontation and really believes his drinking and getting violent and mean with me, his refusal to take responsibility for his actions(the guy has an excuse for everything), and his mother being very mean and out of line with me when he's not around. So a male friend i've had for about 5 years now has taken an interest in me. We've been seeing each other since october of 2005. he is in the process of divorce himself. His wife is a drinker also. We really believe we're a good match for each other and want so badly to date each other and try to make a life for ourselves. We both want children soon(if it works out of course) and have the same beliefs about marriage, life and raising kids together. Apparently, he's always liked me for more than a friend, but he waited to tell me in october of 2005. I've always liked him and have told him on a couple occassions. Is this something I should keep going with? Or should I bail completely and try to stick it out with my husband?   

  

Alright.. I can see a few cats, dogs, whatever here and there. But 200?! There is something up with the woman. But I gotta say, I have a bad habit of picking up strays all the time. Even raccoons, ducks, squirrels, etc. Of course those were hurt. But dogs and cats I pick up all the time. I feel too bad leaving them outside when I know they don't have a home. I give them away and have kept 3 cats and got 1 dog so far from hurricane katrina. I was thinking about getting another. Maybe thats how she got them all. And she doesn't wanna see them starve. Who knows.
