Depression

Quote From: hpy_campr

L@@Ks my post got lost in cyberspace…All I really wanted to say is I am a happy camper after a bout of situational depression I want through several years ago. I have been feeling so much better and wanted to let everyone know who suffers from depression, once known as melancholy, It can be a very dangerous place to be if you let it consume you. I chose to live and not let depressive thoughts define who I am.  Nor should You!

Hi Neko

Hi guys.  I am still trying how to add a picture to a post.  I don't want to change the picture that is under my name, but how in the heck to you add it to a post, like if I want to put one at the end of this? I do have instructions I printed that are for adding a picture of you post.  It says something about the blue section of the left side of this page and to click on My Profile.  Am I blind or what.  I can't find it.  I feel like a big time dummy.

At least I was finally able to figure out MSN.  I was a happy camper for that.

Where you post a message, B,  I, #'s, bullets,  abc, etc, click the last icon on top right. It will take you to your photo manager, than follow instructions below:

* Name each picture you upload with a different title so if you upload a picture of a cat, you can write the word cat1 where it says Title. A new cat picture could then be called cat2, something different than the first one.

* If you want the picture to stay on your message, do not delete it from the photo manager. The photo editor can hold up to 10 pictures, as long as a picture is in the photo editor, it should stay in your post."

Hope this helps....

If I only want it there for awhile, how do I remove it?

Also, how do I know it will fit and not be too big?

Neko

Neko,

To remove it, just hit the delete under the pic.  The photo editor with size it to fit.

your coffee. Oh, by the way, I don't smoke and only drink

diet Pepsi, well water too. I just thought that pic was cute

that happy camper posted. A picture speaks a thousnad words

sometimes, that is why I like to do pics :).

Hi Curly,

I don’t smoke, drink, take meds, have animals for pets, or may not even believe in your God. However, I do respect people’s choices and opinions that differ from mine. As my user name suggest, I am a Happy Camper and I believe life is all about attitude. And the picture I posted, was about attitude only. JMO    I have to agree, pictures can replace words and I like to express things with pictures when I can't think of the right words to say.

Thanks for your reply and everyone else that has responded to my posts.

Depression

An East Texas couple, both real-life rednecks, had 9 children. They went to the doctor to see about getting the husband "fixed". The doctor asked them why, after nine children would they choose to do this. The husband replied that they had read in a recent article that one out of every ten children being born in North America was Mexican and they didn't want a Mexican baby because neither of them could speak Spanish.

Depression

Hi,

Just felt the need to let the members of this group know that I ‘m sorry and want to apologize for not answering posts that are address to me. At this time, I feel more comfortable getting a feel for the message board and it’s members. I am a happy camper, however, experiences with strangers have taught me to be very distrustful. Because of my experiences, it will take some time to voice my opinion, offer advice, or express how I feel about any issues openly. Add to that, I don’t let too many people get close enough to know me.

I do hope that all members of this group are understanding and will be patience with me.

BTW, for the curious ones, I’m a quick learner. I am very familiar with messages boards and the options available. That is, posting pictures, color fonts, and using the window to reply to messages. And through the years, I’ve become darn good at using the copy/paste feature on computers and use it frequently.   J

Now, I’ll introduce you to the 7 dwarfs of:
