Quote From: cureusmimiYou are welcome. I am glad that you are understanding and I apologize. I meant to say; " You don't need to apologize for that." After re-reading my post I must not have been fully awake when I wrote it. I am glad that you saw it as humor.
I agree that the Terms of Use-Privacy is pretty clear and concise to help all of to respect each other here and I don't think anyone intentionally posts something to offend someone else. I am not too certain about all the copy write laws. I am glad that you are. Sometimes it gets confusing as to what you can and can not post. I've chosen not to post anymore pics since I don't know. I had a friend making them for me. I posted one on another site I go to and got accused of stealing art. So, I am steering clear of that.
It is nice to meet you as well and I would welcome more discussions with you as well.
Thanks for the reply.
No need for an apology. I understood the context of what you were saying, so I added the don’t for ya…Hehehe!
Copyright laws for the Internet are a mess. However, I trust the moderators to remove a post or picture if I am in violation of said laws. All you have to remember: anything that is your original thought or you created in fixed form and you publish, [that is made public] is immediately your bona fide copyright. If you chose, you can even register with the "Register of Copyrights" for about $30. It’s as easy as that…. LOL!
Works consisting entirely of information that is common property and containing no original authorship (for example: standard calendars, height and weight charts, tape measures and rulers, and lists or tables taken from public documents or other common sources) are not protected by copyright and anyone can use them.
Hope this helps you with some of the Copyright issues you may run across in posting.
