I APPLAUD YOUR COMMENTS, BUT DON'T INCLUDE SEXISM WITH RACISM. MANY WHITE WOMEN BENEFITED FROM RACISM. The Indian Land Rights Act required the US government to pay the different Indian Nations for their land, well, the US government made a few payments then stopped saying they are only Indians. Pay Blacks what they are owed in compensatory damages only, which when land is included can be inherited and we will pay for the land that was stolen from them. This includes Chicago and many other townships that Blacks discovered, built up, and were given land rights to, only to be removed and displaced by US troops, bringing in white setters.

Some people think they lost jobs due to Affirmative Action, because a Black college educated student got hired instead of the White high school student.

Maybe, you should concern yourself with the fact that in the 1960's there were still hangings and blacks and whites were still fighting for black voting rights. Maybe, you can have concern for the fact that a number of whites are still hanging nooses, burning crosses and churches, and using racial hate  swastikas.

Saddam Hussein was tried and hung or his crimes against people under his government. If the Southern Generals and leaders had been tried and hung for their atrocities and inhumane acts of slavery,  hangings, rapes, and genocide maybe there would be healing. Abraham Lincoln was assassinated for trying to initiate Reparations for slavery. America can not afford the bill, it would literally bankrupt America, so most blacks just move on. Yet, America paid reparations to Holocaust victims in Nazi Germany. We also occupied Germany for over 50 years but there was no occupation of the southern states of America.  If there had been, the Southern leaders and senators might not have been able to have King and Kennedy and Kennedy assassinated. I thank God that he allowed me to move to Alabama and go school there, be spit on, called the "N" word and learn that it comes from their self-hate. Because, I learned this I was on the Honor roll, voted an officer in Student Council with 70% of all votes in a school of 90% whites. I was able to change the ideas of students in the 70's that were only integrated in 1969

In 1981, as a 24 year old, I visited every white church in that town in Alabama an joined one of the churches as their first Black member. I was in the youth ministry, ministering to all-white children. f a woman has been raped and is fearful of all men, because of this fear, she has problem but it is justified. Any man, who has been married to a rape victim knows this. Dr. Phil is very smart. He emphatically pointed the credentials of his tester.The boys both passed a poly test, and believed that they would pass another. Her attorney never offered any proof or evidence in court or to Dr. Phil of any test. The boys did not need to, they took the second test. She came on Dr. Phil's show to try a case in the Court of Public Appeal and refusing to take a poly test, which if she passed would bolster her claim ad likely get the school district o settle, if clear circumstantial evidence of guilt.

If I were the School District, I would pursue finding out the circumstance around her marriage to her teacher, which she defended by saying that it does not make her pedophile. And I ask, does she mean like her husband was. Abuse is transferable. Teachers and priests have access to our children.

In the last ten years, I believe that God has being try to tell us something. Wake up, Our children are at risk and these children grow up to be damaged Adults. I never said that Isaiah should have lost his job. He should not have. He actually denied saying it. In a court of law, the standard is what is reasonable, so unless hey can prove that they did something unreasonable and unlikely, like getting married without dating or engaging in sex. She never provided evidence of the first polygraph which if we accept that she passed, then it only applies that the boys passed their first one. Her attorney would only advice her not to take a polygraph, if he expected her to fail, because passing a polygraph on Dr. Phil Show would surely force the school to settle.

Yes, and when I was in high school,I saw many of girls in male P.E. teacher's office's after school. Nothing was done about it,until many years after I graduated, they found one of the male P.E. teacher's in a hotel having ex with a 14 year old girl. He went to prison an they fond out that this had gone on for years.

Pedophiles put themselves in positions where they have access to children. It is not that teachers and priests are pedophiles, it is just that pedophiles know that they can wear that disguise and gain access to children. Why do you think that convicted sex offenders are prohibited from taking up residence close to schools.

I am glad to see that at least, you are not using her first name as if you know her and have personal knowledge of her. Pay attention, there were four witnesses. The three boys and the teacher.

The three boys offered statements as witnesses because they say they were there, the teacher only tries to refute their statements. If she were not there, she should offer testimony that she was some where. If she was not wearing a wrap skirt, she should offer testimony that she was wearing red pants or whatever.

She does not, because attorneys tell guilty people not to make statements that can be prove false. If she says she were some where or wearing red pants,then she would have an alibi witness. Oh, she has never offered one. WOW. Even her husband says the boys slept over.

Let's say she were telling the truth. She has such a trusting innocent relationship, that the boys felt sexually safe to sleep over. Something went wrong? The one boy was never sexually involved, but now says she was the first, the second boy makes a poem but does not identify the teacher. While the boys were in school, they did not go to the administration Years later, after they graduated, the administration is conducting an investigation, because a girl complained of current inappropriate behavior. As adults the boys decide that something was wrong and they spoke up and if we believe her, as adults they decided to seek revenge, but for what.? They had no contact with her as adults and they were not seeking money.

She put her case in the Jury of Public Opinion to be tried, so we all judge. Just like you, Judged her to be innocent, with your opinion.

I agree, she does not deserve a million dollars. I however believe that teachers are paid their worth. Ask most students that graduated within the last ten years and they will tell you that they were never taught, that common world knowledge once was that the world was flat. This is important, if students are to understand the evolution of thought and the need to study. When teachers acquire independent knowledge of a subject they write books and that becomes part of their income.

She does not deserve a penny from the school district, because they have a duty to the children, to protect them, and if she believes that the former students falsely accused her, then she needs to sue them.

Should you have the right to hang nooses, Swastikas, etc. Be for real, most people who use the word believe Blacks to be no more than Farm equipment and would enslave them again and take away their freedom.
