3 LB LOSS TERRIFIC....GOOD FOR YOU MISSY KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK. I DIDN'T LOSE BUT I DIDN'T GAIN EITHER SO I'M TICKLED FOR NOW......I SHOULD HAVE A LOSS THIS WEEK WITH INCREASING THE IE......I'M HOPING FOR A POUND OR MAYBE TWO........I MEAN HOW LONG CAN IT HANG ON....

STUPID QUESTION...........OKAY WHERE DO I GO TO CHECK OUT THE QUESTIONS THE MODERATOR IS GETTING???? MAYBE I CAN SOMEHOW FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET MY USER NAME BACK CHILLY501 .......BUT I GUESS AT THIS POINT THAT'S SMALL STUFF AT LEAST I'M ON THE DARN BOARD.

SUSIE......I DO FEEL THE MODERATORS MUST BE ON SOME HEAVY MEDICATION IF YOU GET MY DRIFT.....MAN DO YOU HAVE TO HAVE SOME PATIENCE FOR THIS STUFF.......

BOTTOM LINE IS......THE BOARDS NEVER HAVE BEEN PARTICULARLY USER FRIENDLY FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT REAL FAMILIAR WITH COMPUTERS.......I FEEL THAT WHEN THEY ARE DEVELOPING THE SYSTEMS THEY DEFINITELY NEED TO "TRY THEM OUT" WITH PEOPLE UNFAMILIAR WITH THE SETTING........TO SEE HOW EASY OR DIFFICULT IT IS TO MOVE AROUND.....THIS OBVIOUSLY WASN'T DONE......AT THE OLD COMPANY I WORKED WHEN THEY DEVELOPED A NEW APPLICATION THEY ACTUALLY HAVE TEST ROOMS AND WOULD CALL UPON A NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES TO TEST OUT THE NEW APPLICATIONS BEFORE PUTTING THEM INTO USE.....THIS WAS NOT TESTING WITH PEOPLE FAMILAR WITH THE APPLICATIONS TO BEGIN WITH.....IT WAS TO TEST OUT HOW EASY IT WOULD BE FOR A NOTICE TO USE.........

Hope all is going well.....today my exercise was finishing cleaning my carpeting in the house. What a workout that was. It was so hot outside today I stayed in and just did housework.  Hey, for dinner I had the rest of my birthday dinner from last night. The swordfish was even better today!!!

Hey (((((((((Donna))))))))))) that was an excellent idea about writing all the passwords and usernames and saving them in a notepad on the computer. To bad I didn't think of that before but I can start doing it now.

OH I THOUGHT THERE WAS AN AQUA CYCLE BESIDES THE NOODLES.  THE NOODLES DO WORK GREAT.

EXERCISE YESTERDAY WAS CLEANING THE REST OF THE CARPETING IN MY HOME. I DEFINITELY GOT A WORK OUT WITH ALL THE VACUUMING AND MOVING THINGS AROUND. TODAY IS NO HOUSEWORK DAY WELL, EXCEPT FOR THE LAUNDRY.......

EXERCISE WILL BE A 50 MIN DVD, SITUPS, PUSHUPS, LIGHT WEIGHTS AND ROUND IT OFF WITH LESLIE LATER.

Seems to me there were two boards on the previous numbered postings.....one was the over 50 and then there was a soft and gentle place to come to that Karen started or is this that one now?????

Anyway, I'm not complaining but if I'm missing from another board would someone wake me up and come and get me???? You know the one with Shirl-Girl, Esmay, Karen, Reen, Neecey, Bevo, and geeze how is Raven ever going to find us now.....heck I can't find myself!!!!  ((((nah))))) I'll keep looking.

Yes, I'm confused.......Yes the board that Karen started....this isn't it is it????? I recall it as a soft and gentle place to go to????? Yes, I am referring to the board that had numbered messages....ya know the one before this new system.  I'm wondering if that board did not continue on to this new format and we are just "taking over" this Over 50 board now?  That's okay but I don't see everybody on here and I wonder if we've lost them?   

No I'm not hitting preview.......I'm sending my messages as is......look at it this way....good practice for getting it right the first time.

okay now I'm totally confused.....what are you guys doing over here?????? Do we still have the Dr. Phil to the 7th Power board or are we using this one in place of it?????

Just seems like Dr. Phil to the 7th Power hasn't had much attendance throughout the summer and frankly I can't see continuing it if only 3 or 4 of us are going to occasionally go on there.  Something to think about. I was hoping to pick up more people to the Exercise board well we'll just have to see what happens. 

Has anybody heard or seen MM???? Did she drop out on us???? Last I knew she lost her cat and was having foot trouble??? Whatever came of that??
