Hi Everyone from Rosalie

I am 59 an have been smoking for about 43 years.  I tried to quit for the first time a little over a month ago and did it for a whole month.  Some serious stress came up and you guessed it--I lit that first one again!  Wish I had never, ever done it again.  Nothing is as bad as going back and starting over.  I have to do this by the first of June, I just have to!!  You are all such an inspiration so I am going to count on all of you to help.  I noticed that there is another person that is marking her calendar for June 1st so we can do this together, I just know we can.  Before, I used the Commit lozenge.  I thought it worked very, very well.  I just simply did not want to complete my commitment to quit at the time.  The other thing that was of even greater value was each time I got that craving I would say a prayer.  God would take the craving away.  It was wonderful the way He would could control it.
