Thank you for what you posted-That is a fantastic idea-Because I feel like I am boring people on here-  And I know many people do not care whether I am dead or alive ( I do NOT mean this board- OK?)  And my confidence and self-esteem is pretty shot-

I think I answered that already-- Anyway-  I do not believe in open marriage-And from what I read on this board-I am not the only one that feels this way-  Please read the other posts-

And I agree with Dr Phil ( and Oprah had a HUGE show about this subject)

I for one am  NOT in denial-   I know what I am worth and what I deserve-

Dr Phil has also said many many times that 'PAST BEHAVIOR PREDICTS FUTURE BEHAVIOR"

and  the real reality is that  most people like that do NOT change-  That is the reality-and that is sad-  

You sound upset-and you are entitled to what you say- but I want to share the truth -the majority of the truth -with you and those others who may read this-

I personally think this is a GREAT website to have and I am glad it is here-and so are many others-

No one is slandering any one-They are just sharing their horrible experiences of what thy went thru-to heal and to help others  as well-  I mean I  learned ALOT and took notes as well-

I thankfully do not live in a fantasty word-  Nothing gets by me-  I am very careful and very smart and very much living in reality-

Sounds like you are just a bit angry at something-  I mean you really sounded off here-

This is not a confrontation towards you at all- 

You did say alot of harsh things and alot is not even true-Keep listening to Dr Phil and be positive and be real-

PS-  A guy who has a history of treating women badly do it to the next one-I have gotten advice and help on that-They DO not change-  There are many other boards that talk about this very issue-  And-  I read and heard several sources say that most men can not handle a true quality great woman out there-  Most of the time-it is not the woman they meet-it is they GUY himself- 

That is the truth- and so many others have said that-  I will not tolerate crap from any one and boy do they HATE it-   

Most men are jerks and alot will admit that-  

I agree-revenge is not a good thing- but the bullys and the people are not going to get away with what they do to hurt people-  Called KARMA-

And this site is NOT for losers -   I will not say any more because you too seem angry-  If you don't like the great reality of this site designed to help others-why are you here?

Good post and true-    I would like to add, if I may, a famous Dr Phil quote about affairs- and he has been saying this since I first 'met' him SIX years ago-

IF THEY DO IT WITH YOU - THEY'LL DO IT TO YOU"

He has also said many times- 5% of relationships that started as an affair usually ends (alot of times -bitterly-and sadly ) -the sad thing is/ are babies / kids born to these selfish cheaters-

I know and I AM doing that- Day by day-  I am doing this all by myself with out help and support-I have asked for help and support-  and I am not getting any-  Beieve me- I am doing it- I mean'planning'   I am limited-But I am doing the BEST I can with in those limitations-  I have to be careful so I don't end up on the street or in the wrong place (That happened to me a few years ago-and I paid the price)

But I wanted to let you know I am planning- Day by day-with no help and no support-I will keep you posted-

That is a good post-       I have heard the same stories as you-  I was going to try the match.com-  with Dr Phil's mind find bind-but when I was ready-they UPPED the price- 

AWW-Back to square one-OOHH-I know the feeling-  I am a bit over  40 myself-

I myself am a  ONE MAN WOMAN-   I am PROUD to say- with confidence!!!      I have heard a lot of people joke about that -they say-there is no such thing-  

I am going to stay true to my beliefs and morals and values- 

And- something a few of you mentioned-      I prefer the term 'love making' because I think that that is some thing very special-  Sex?  Gee-any one can do that- But real love-love making-is for two people who deeply care about one another in all ways- 

So many many people take sex for granted- I mean it is so casual-But love making-that is the REAL DEAL- And worth the wait-(  I prefer to be married)   -

I will not settle-no matter how long it takes-I will stay true to myself-

Been reading this board for quite awhile-But did not have the courage to post until very recently-as some of you know!!   

But  , if it is OK-  I  want to thank some one who doesn't come here any more-sadly-but they gotta do what 's best for them-I guess- 

This is for BGurl - or B-something ??   Any way-  I just want her and every one to know that I think she had tremendous courage to come on here and warn us women - or any body about this guy-  I  thank you-and I know the women will thank you as well-I am sorry you were treated so badly-But -if you see this-  or if her friends see this-please let her know she did GOOD-!!!

And  any man  would be very lucky and smart to have her as his girlfriend/ wife-a man who appreciates her   for the truly couragous gal she is-  

Sorry I did not get to tell you on here-  But I hope some one sees this and passes it on to her!!
