Fight for

People are not seeing what this issue is about.  It is about our right to "Freedom of Speech on the Internet."

1.  The truth is 100% defense to libel. (as per the US Supreme Court)
2.  Tasha can not control what thousands of people post, nor can any webmaster or search engine.  Therefore, under the 1996 Communcations Decency Act, they are not liable.
3.  This is no different than a gossip column because no information can be guaranteed or verified.
4.  Tasha is fighting for women's rights for free speech on the internet, which is a First Amendment issue.  Do you all want the government to regulate what you can and can not post on the internet like they do in other countries?  If so, then we must first over turn or amend the First Amendment.
5.  How can women warn other women about pedophiles, abusers, cheaters, liars, etc... if they don't have a safe place to post?  Many of these women fear their abusers and only post because they know their identities will remain anonymous.

Tasha has my full support and even if she doesn't win the first round, she can appeal to a higher court.

If porn sites, escort sites, gambling sites, etc... are all allowed to function on the net, there should be no reason why a website such as hers should not be able to co-exist.

Stay strong Tasha.  There are thousands of us routing for you!!!

09/20 Revenge of the Exes

Quote From: irishdude

I was wondering and am asking some of the jilted women out there,

For any of those who have felt the website is beneficial, would you equally support a male version of the site (www.psychogirlfriendbeware.com for example) where men can chime in in there views on an ex (and yes, I've know women who have cheated on their boyfriends). They have equal anonymous reign as Tasha's site and everything.

Jut curious how many of you would truly support a 'quid pro quo' of that. Thanks!

There is already a website like that.  http://www.rateb4udate.com

Tasha is engaged to an attorney

Quote From: ephesiangirl

I think the website that bashes men was created by a woman that had so many bad dates and been dumped herself by so many men, that she wanted to get even and create a tool to get back at men for what happened to her personally. I see she's still single, so what does that tell you. I mean, she's pretty, but nobody wants a woman that is bent on revenge and spiteful, and would go this far as to trash mouth men on a public website. I mean, this says a whole lot about her, she's controling, manipulative, into herself, arrogant, and all out for the money - a gold digger if you ask me. Here's just a thought, somebody should go onto her site and post her picture and trash mouth her all over the site, then see if she will remove it or "edit" it which she says she never edit a posting. Yeah right!!!
She's engaged to an attorney so she is NOT single.  Most of you people don't have your facts straight before you spout off.

09/20 Revenge of the Exes

Quote From: kammom1

Tasha should be ashamed of herself.  First she takes money from women during a very stressfull and emotional time in their lives with no regret.  Then she allows them to be gutless by remaining nameless.  She gives women a forum to use a man's full name and say anything they want to say about a man whether it be truth or lies. The worst is that she shows no remorse for the hurt that this could cause not only Todd but any man.  She cannot have a conscience. I am a woman.  I would not lower myself to write about anyone on a website. If she can't be sued for defamation of character, she should be required to provide the names of the women who wrote those mean things so they can be sued.

What a disgraceful way to make money. Where are her morals? This is nothing more than bullying. Grow up Tasha!

OMG are you kidding me! Regardless of whatever this guy has or has not done, what these women are doing is no different that what youth are doing online - only we call it CYBER BULLYING! This is the excatly one of the points I make in my thesis which is on the topic of cyber bullying. If a youth says something negative, hurtful or hateful against a peer it is labled as bullying, but yet were does this behaviour become acceptable ? Is it just because they are adults that they seem to think it is ok? I know Dr. Phil will set them straight on this. If we want our young people to treat others with respect online than we as adults need to set that example and not engage in and model the same behaviour we are telling them is not ok!

Dr. Phil I know you have my back on this don't you!

09/20 Revenge of the Exes

Quote From: stungunnkdk

So, if there were to be a website called Don'tDateHer.com,  would these women think differently? If it were them up on the HighHorse? Noone deserves this. It is slander.  If these men cheat, or have an std, or have habbits that seem unusual to others...that is their business. Who do these women think they are exploiting these men? It is not public record! If it were public record, then the net would be full of peoples' entire life story! Mine, yours, Dr. Phil...etc,etc.
This whole thing is amazingly irritating!
There are lots of sites for men to post women:

09/20 Revenge of the Exes

Quote From: amateurpsych

A woman ALWAYS knows!!  This is NOT the way to go about it.  EVERYONE is innocent until proven guilty.  Don't support this type of immaturity!  What if another site is created to slander women.  Would this be justified?  There are so many haters, anyone could go on there and rip your reputation apart, including the waitress who you didn't tip well enough, but who got your name off of your credit card???  Anyone thinking?
BULLSHIT!  A woman doesn't  "always" know.  I am  assuming you've never been involved with a pathalogical liar or a married man  who is great at lying and  is a cheater.
