I think that the first two girls that Dr. Phil interviewed were conceited. They seem to me to be wanting the media to focus only on them...like they were so horribly treated. Sara dragged her friend into this mess because of what she did. Her friend went along with it. Then they both exaggerated it! All they did the whole time on Dr. Phil was tell him how wrong he was or that he was "drifting away from the point." When actually, he was proving them wrong, and they were getting mad about it. The second girls he interviewed seemed to me to be more genuine.
Now, as for the 15 year old starting the no cussing club. I agree that cussing is a dirty habit and can be viewed as a demonstration of a lack of education. I also understand that this kid has the right to voice his opinion as well. However, I do not think that this kid should be pushing this issue on other people, such as Alexei. The 15 year old needs to remember that he is not the only person with free speech rights, that other people who choose to cuss have the right to free speech as well. He should also not be judging people based on what they say when he is simply making up different words to serve as substitutions for the words he does not like. Isn't that the same thing as swearing, just in a different way? The words he makes up serve the same purpose as the common swear words that he dislikes so much. It seems to me, that while this kid is practicing his right to free speech, he is also being a hypocrite. He just doesn't like the four letter words so he's going to make up his own five letter words which he thinks are so much better. They serve the same purpose. So how can he look down on people for swearing when he is doing the same thing only in a different way?
