What Happened?

Hi Ladies,

I was so sad when Dr phils website decided to redue  it. I could not figure it out either when it was wokring again. I do not really like how they redid it. I can not figure out how to ge to the begining so I can see what I have missed.

I am doing okay. I did do one week of the rsp and I lost 1lb. I was surprised becasue I did a good job. It was discouraging. I am planning to start it up again ont he 9th. I have been eating okay but some sweets. Just a little.

Linda your picutures are great. There is a big difference between your before and now picture. It is amazing how weightloss makes a big differeence the same with weight gain.

Hi

Seems that there is not a lot of discussion around here. 

I am doing well. I am still struggling with my weight loss journey. I have been not exercising. I still have been trying to move more around the house. I know I need to start again. I had to cancel my membership to the Y which was sad. I really liked going but can not afford it right now. I am hoping I will be able to during winter time. It is harder to get ouside during that time.  

My eating is okay. I need to cut donw on the portion sizeds, which I am working on it. 

How is eveyone else doing? 

I do not rememeber who but someone put up a recipe for a fruit cookie. I think it might have been brenda. I would like that recipe if you would not mind posting it again. 

Okay I have to go get ready for work.

Hi Ladies

This summer has flown. 

I have been so busy with school, kids and new job. I really do not like the job due to less time with family but right now that is what needs to be done to keep our heads above water. 

My eating is better these days. I was slacking off. I have maintained. I have alot to lose. I have set little goals. I would love to post my starting weight, current weight and goal if everyone is okay that we do that. I know someone else has alreadly and I would love to join.  

My exercise has not been happening. I have hurt my back some how. Not sure how. I have been in pain since Monday. It is getting worse. I hate going to the doctors but will probably have to go if it does not subside. I am going to wait. I have to work Saturday. Well enough about that.  

Here is my weights: starting255,current247, goal140

Hi Ladies

I am doing good. My eating is very good. I am not perfect so of course it is not but it is good. I have not been exercising like I should. I have exercised two times this week and am going to jump on my stationary bike in a minute. I want to drop in and say hi and see how all 0f you are doing. 

It is my summer break. I get 5 weeks off between quarters. I am dedicating this time to my family and myself. I feel so busy with school and I am playing with my family more and am going to work on making exercise a part of my routine again. I am excited to get this break.

I did ride my bike for an hour and it was great. I wanted to go longer but then the toddler woke up and promised them I would let them play in the pool after nap. My goal is to ride my bike for at least 30 minutes a day. If I go longer great. 

Linder would you mind sharing your weight lose journey with me. I know that you have lost 100lbs and you did it following the Dr.Phil plane but what happen. What did you learn?  

I would love to hear about it if you are willing to share.

I believe that every thing will work out. If you are stressed exercise as you know will help in that area. You can do it. I have struggled too but have been starting to slip it back in. I did it three times last week and once so far this week. My goal is three times consititly for a while and then I want to reach five days a week. My eating is doing better their are some sloppy choices but I have not over eaten. portion control is a big factor. So I am glad that is undercontrol.  Brenda you will do great. 

Linda I am still waiting to hear your reply to my last post. I can't wait. I am very interested.

Hi

Hi Linda 

I would love if you would share your story with me. I want to know about what you went through to lose the weight and if you have any suggestions. I am trying to follow the Dr. Phil plan but like us all we have are days we do not eat well. I am recommitting for the 100th time. 

I just wanted to know. It would be inspiring. 

This week I went to a reunion and it was so much fun. I also went and visited with my sisiter. I took my girls, brother and his girlfriend. It was  a fun trip. Both events are 3+ hours away. So it was a long drive. I went 3 hrs to sis then 3hr further to reunion and then 3 hrs back to sis then 3 hours home. So I was beat from all the driving and fun.  

Brenda I am so excited for your sis getting her papers for her little girl. How exciting.  

Well I need to go to sleep. Good Night.

Hi Ladies

I was looking around Oprahs website and she has a booty camp. Her plan is the same that I understand but for a whole month you do not eat any whole wheat products. I am assuming no breat, pasta type things. You also can not have potatos, corn or beets. I was over welmed by the no bread, pasta but I know I can do one a day. What do you ladies think?  You also drink no wine. Which is fine I do not drink it anyway. 

Well I am doing good. I have been very stressed about money. I did have to much rice yesterday for dinner. Other then that I am doing good. I exercised on my statanary bike for 20 minutes. I know it is not alot but it is a start and that was all the time I had. Tomorrow is a new day and it will be better. Talk to you all later.

Hi Ladies

I am glad to hear that for the most part eveyone is doing good.  

Linda please do not for get to tell me your story. I am looking forward to it when you get around to it.  

I am not doing so well. I will do well for a couple of days and then fall off the wagon.  

My start weight was 242, current 250, goal 150.  

I started a year agon in June and am actually 8lbs heavier. Yuck. I am praying about this. There is something here I need to figure out and I knwo that it is more then food and exercise. I am journaling again. I know that God will reveal it to me when the time is right. Hopefully sooner then later.  

Okay ladys I am off to do weights and ride my bike. I will be back to let you know how it went. I am already in my exercise clothes. My eating is alos going good this morning. I had all bran cerel and 1% milk.

I lost my last post. What a bummer.

That is amazing that you have lost 85lbs. Great Job.  

Have you been following the Dr. Phil plan the whole time? I do believe in it. It is a great plan and so do able. I am going to start posting my food for the day if no one minds. I would love the feed back. So I am going to post today. 

I am full after a cup of the All bran cereal. I will just cut it in  half and add something else or are you saying I should eat somthing additutally.  

Your cruise sounds like so much fun. I have never been on a real vacation. I go and visit my sis ter alot and she lives 3hrs away but nothing like a cruise. One day we will. 

I am emotional eater and I know tha tis a lot of my struggle. I ahve been praying on the issue and trying to turn to God in those times but I do not always do so. I am working on it though.  

It is hard to struggle with my weight. Before I started this program a year ago I did not think to much about my weight. I was in such denial. I know I needed to lose weight but just did not think much about it  because of being in denial. Then I woke up afet I hit 242 after I had my second baby. I am getting real with my self.  

I have to go my daughter is sick and needs my attention. She is so upset because she wants to go on a walk. I am unsure if I will take her but she is sad. It stinks when they are sick
