I too noticed that the grandpa smiled in odd places of conversation. He also clapped when the audience clapped when they were supporting what Dr. Phil was saying against him. Why would the grandpa clap? Hum.? I do know that I have had friends that when they were extremely nervous about being found out about something, they too laughed. Is this his nervous behavior, or is his brain and mannerisms not cooperating. The brain is a wondrous organ. It can show the truth when we don't even realize it. I too think that the daughter also was not 100% truthful. Yes, she most definitely could have blocked out things mentally. I had a sister who was raped and blocked it out for 3 yrs. But it was a doctor who examined her who was able to prove that it actually happened. She was 13 then, and had no boyfriends, and we didn't live in the pressure driven era that our kids do now. I really feel that yes, the grandpa was a known pedophile, he said no b/c they were family members, but the definition is the same. With that fact, charges should be pressed, unless the statute of limitations has run out. They still should try.

I came from a family that beat us into submission. It is true, the beatings escalated. They don't start out that vicious.

I understand what you're saying. It sure seems like criminals have more rights. In some counties and states it is more evident. But, I know what my husband does, we are Christians, and I have seen him put people away because of his creative prosecution techniques. It sad that a lot of repeat offenders get assigned a public defender, and the public defender meets with the criminal usually only once. On his/her's sentencing day. Our systems are so jam packed with drug crimes etc, that the serious ones get held back b/c there is no time  in a 24 hrs day to get everything done. I wish our country was more serious on first time offenders, but that doesn't happen. The other thing is "stalkers" are not usually pick up until "'something happens." Usually then it's too late. I am sorry I am off the subject a bit, but I can see why the audience did rise up for the women. I agree. Thanks for pointing that out. Everyone listen, report a crime the FIRST time it happens.

You obviously missed my three other messages. This was a tag on, responding to another email. Yes, I wrote he was a offender and needed jail. I was responding to how other people get riled up when facts cannot be placed into court, like the lie detector test. I agree with you. I've seen it too, I am a nurse in an emergency room. Trust me. I am the first to protect the innocent! We see child abuse EVERYDAY.

I know a few of you got upset at my email on the real truths of how our criminal system works. I am just as angry b/c all of my sisters and one brother have been molested. My own mother did not believe any of us. My mom sent my brother to  a youth home. Then the truth came out and my step dad was put into a mental institution and was on probation. And, of course, like a lot of abused women. She let him back in to only molest me!. She didn't believe me either. But, it makes me as mad as you that our society and our government officials, city or county officials do not change the rules. My husband and I tried for two years to change the rules in the 5 northern counties we live in. We went to over 15,000 homes and businesses and grange meetings etc to get him elected so he can change the laws. He won four out of 5 counties, but the other gentleman, and I use that word lightly,  literally bought the position in his county. He won. But, my husband can still make a difference by making every arrest go to trial and not let these jerks plead out like the Public Defenders want them to. Our courts are jammed with cases. I feel molestation is worse than murder b/c the victim has to live the rest of their lives with the damage. It is sad to say, that the families suffer but I believe God carries  them  and takes them safely to heaven and they feel no more pain. I know the families do, and this is where our judicial system fails a lot. W e as voters need to be informed and vote for the good guys. Learn who your representatives are and how they vote, and what they stand for. Don't just vote a straight ticket, or b/c you same their name a lot, a common tactic is name recognition on billboards etc. Vote from your heart. Please. this being a voting year, go on-line and see what your Representatives are doing and look up their history of their earmarks when they vote issues in congress etc. Thats all I have to say. I have been through this as well, we can make a collaborative change.
