I have seen no other comment on the message board so I must ask if no other person noted the odd head tic that Steven had? If you have a tape, you will note a subltle but constant head movement which might be the reason the results were unreadable. Surely the man giving the test noticed? He spoke of some sort of neurological problem and this seems so obvious.

Perhaps because I was a trained investigator in Child Abuse and Neglect I watch body language very closely but really !!!

I have no idea if Steven did or did not do the crime because the child was unavailable for questioning but I suspect not since there are several other agendas at play here.

As a retired CPS investigator, who unfortunately had those stacks of files to deal with, I cringed as did my fellow workers whenever a CASA person was court ordered to our case. Depending on the state, the primary mandate of most foster care agencies is to return the child to the home. CASA workers took this to mean "no matter what". They fought investigators tooth and nail to return the children to awful homes. I am sorry that the show is being snowed by these "mentors". A little more investigation would certainly reveal some absolutely stunning bad decisions on the part of these undereducated do gooders. I have retired for ten years and it still bothers me.

Begging without holding her hand out is still begging and now Dr. Phil is helping her. Sad, sad, sad. Free care for the children and apparently daddy can afford a house that costs over a half million dollars? A place to send contributions? Come on folks.  I don't want the babies to suffer but she is irresponsible and not all that mentally stable. Feeding at the charity trough is not being self reliant. I am shocked at Dr. Phil's acceptance of this.
