  I  am sick and tired of women always winning in court against their husbands even though they left the marriage just because they "felt" like it or they were to blame for the divorce themselves.  Women are always favored especially when they have a child and this is why they have them a lot of times. This "mother" is no mother in my book.  She owes Enrique every penny he paid her wrongfully in child support and send a message to other women tricksters to think twice before they deceive their husbands.  I don't see anything wrong with how he told Selena, the only thing I felt was wrong was stopping seeing her.  There is probably more to that than we know.  I am sure this "mother" was partly to blame for that too.  You could tell by her smirks the entire show, blaming Enrique's new wife for the trouble stating he didn't have the .... to take this action on his own, and her constantly shaking her seemingly pious head all thru the show.  She said with her mouth "begrudingly" that she should have told him, but her posture, attitude and facial expressions showed me that she really felt no responsibility for this at all.  I was ashamed that Dr. Phil, whom I agree with most all the time, didn't give her more what-for than he did. 

Selena has been brainwashed by her mother and is happy now with the step-father.  I think when she gets away from her "mother" she will be more understanding of why her father of 9 years did what he did and rightfully blame her "mother."  She may grow up and do the same thing if restitution is not made to Enrique.  I feel sorry for him and not one whit for her.  I hope Dr. Phil does a later show so we can find out what happened and I sure hope SHE pays through the nose.  She won't be smirking then!

Amen and Amen, and I am a wife and a mom of 2 boys.  Would that deceit of this magnitude were punishable by law, things might change!  If I were on the jury, I'd sock it to this supposed "mom."

I agree with everything you said except the mental problem part.  I think this man has an EGO problem instead.  This mother may have a mental problem for living with an ego-maniac!  They are both so pathetic and these children should be taken from them and maybe they would wake up.  I know that sounds so cruel even as I say it but it is shameful the way they are allowing these children given to them by God to live.  I hope something will happen to save these children and I hope YOU Dr. Phil let us viewers know so that we won't worry about these children anymore.  I can't get them off my mind.  Dan thinks he is too good to work and is so silly, I felt I was hearing nails running across a chalkboard when he spoke. What a college educated idiot!  She is just ridiculous too, they are made for each other.  The grandparents should not help them anymore, report them to DSS as painful as it might be.  Someone needs to step up and raise these babies who can provide them what they are entitled too.  I can't believe this goes on in America. We have laws here to protect children like no other country.  How can anyone sleep knowing these poor children are living in squalor because their parents won't work to give them the basic necessities of life.  The parents show by their actions absolute indifference towards these children, they love THEMSELVES more than their offspring.  Dr. Phil PLEASE let us know what happens to these innocent children!!!!
