I have 100 pounds to loose.
I would like to weigh 150.
I am size 22-24. I would like to be a size 11-12. That's half my size.

At Nearly 55 and 250 pounds, Once I was a City Princess, a runner, a soldier (Womens Army Corps, Army, National Guard, Retired (22 years or military), now I'm an American Legion Service Officer). My military uniform skirt will not button around my right leg! I volunteer with the Red Cross and have to wear a mans vest. Big Mama with a strong back.
I am FAT, not big boned, not overweight, not obese, buy grossly FAT.
I am excited about Dr. Phils program. I wish he could use his name and put me in the program. I am competitive. I need to be accountable. I watched the show yesterday. I am taking the challendge in hopes my progress gets Dr Phil's attention and Dr Phil puts me in the program. My husband (normal size) does NOT believe I will stick with the program, he states, "you've been on a diet the entire time I've know you."
I walked this morning. Got half way to the corner and my husband picked me up, he was worries about me. I will try further in the morning. I had a half a bagel, grapenuts at lunch and will have a light dinner. I have drank my eight glasses today. Will try more liquids tomorrow. I want those 14 years. Mary Ann
