please get the hell out of there. There is NO reason to stay. Leave. do this for the sake of the kids if not for you, FOR THEM TODAY.This guy needs to be   in     jail with     really huge guys in it.

1. I believe she was emotionally abandoned

2. I believe her mother would pick her male partner over her own daughter

3. I believe that step-father is as guilty as the sunrises and sets

4. He would be out of that house whether or not she comes back , gets an annulment  or decides mom was right about the  mistake of her marriage, STEP Daddy would be long gone.

5. there would be a lie detector test done on the step-father by the F.B.I or the state patrol only! No other organization.

6. I would not allow a lie detector to be done on the daughter... enough, I suspect the mother to be an un-kind woman.

7. It is too late for an annulment, the girl is married to someone who is only 2 years her  senior. There should be counseling to keep them together and keep them whole.

8. Her mother would get counseling as to why she protects her "male mate" over her own daughter and  is insistent on calling her a liar . No matter what you do not NOT ever take the side of the perp.

9. She needs to get help.. THE MOTHER!

Because she is the victim and the victim should never be more victimized. The step father would be the only one to take the test. If he passes , he passes.. the young woman can either go about her business or  her mother can still choose between her daughter or him.

HOWEVER, I doubt he will. There is too many "markers " in this case showing that she has in-fact been molested and that she is telling the truth. AGAIN No victim should ever have to take a lie detector test, period. FBI  or State Patrol can set this up for the best results which are 99.1 %

U R the victim DO NOT TAKE that test. Make sure the Step father takes the test. U do not have to be put through anymore of this BS. I am an activist for women and incest victims. UR mother is out of line completely. Do not take any test. IF she wants to prove any one thing, she should make that "MALE" she is married to take the test.

I believe you 100% and I am positive you are being ignored and that your "mother" is one hell of a  ignorant woman..

U get help through a victims group. And always know what you did by getting away was CORRECT!

he is a step parent. She is a minor. He would either move out and take a lie detector test given by the proper authorities or get out. he is than conceding  to his own guilt or needing an attorney. OR he could pull the Alford  plea as many do in the court system just so they do not have to plaed guilty or innocent .. but make a deal for lesser time in prison in a case of child rape/molestation.

I would suggest he gets this "monkey" off his back and take a lie detector of free will and prove to the world he is innocent.

In case of child molestation the laws are horrid and the kid should never be put what she is being put through.There is no if when or butt.. he absolutely would be taking the tests and found to be innocent or guilty. period.

If guilty the girl has a choice to press charges or sue him in a civil suite. Her mother will be held responsible as well for allowing this and protecting the perp. In otherwords, this is a serious issue and  Not something to toss aside.
