The "son" who's mom lets him smoke that I spoke of is in his 40s, actually.

He has a good job. He has a wife and adult kids. He hasn't had a day off in years. He works less on some days if he's sick or hurt, but he always gets out and does something. His kids are great, and none of them even smoke pot because it's a personal choice for them.

Yes if some people can't handle it then they shouldn't smoke it. Just like if if someone abuses alcohol, they shouldn't use it.  I DON'T think people under 18 should smoke pot AT ALL. But I don't care if adults do it because if they're allowed to drink, then it seems dumb to tell them whether or not to smoke a plant.

My parents don't smoke pot and they never did? Why would you assume that they do? I know people who do smoke pot, yes, but my family isn't one of them. And no, my mother did NOT take drugs while she was pregnant with me thank you for your concern, though.

It's kind of ironic that you call me "not the smartest" when you can't even form proper sentences.

I also don't really need my "dr child" whatever that is.

Thanks for your concern about "where my mind" is but please don't act like I'm stupid just because I have the opinion of "marijuana will not automatically turn you into and evil, violent, crazy person if you smoke it". People had this opinion about pot for many years before the recent war on drugs and people somehow survived.

What do you think (and other christians for that matter) of intersex people, you know, someone born with parts both reproductive systems, or other intersexed conditions, like one where a person will have some cells in the body have XX and others XY chromosomes. I mean, if god picks out what gender you are and you're not supposed to question it, what are the poor intersexed people supposed to do? Just pick a gender and hope they like it?

I think that if biology (not god becaue I don't believe in god) can mess up your gender physically, it can also mess up your gender psychologically.

I think that some people are born with the mindset of one sex, yet they are the other. It's just a mental version of when biology doesn't decide fully on your gender.

Two adults of the same sex is very different from children and other species. Animals, not being human, can't enter any sort of contract including a marriage liscence and children are minors. It's very different then two consenting adults. Adults can make decisions like that, children are too young to do so.

It doesn't matter what is a sin, we don't make laws outlawing sins. I have pre marital sex all the time with my boyfriend and you don't try to outlaw that. (although I imagine you'd like to)  Morality is not whatever one religion wants it to be.

I never knew that the couple has to have the potential for bearing children to marry. Does that mean that old and infertile couples can't marry?

Does that mean that I don't have to be tolerant and accept your lifestyle? Since you get to decide that gay couples don't get children and marraige then what if I say that anyone who is a religious fanatic like you doesn't deserve marriage and children? If I have children then get divorced are you going to say that I shouldn't be allowed children because I'm sinning and it's so perverse?

I think that making a law to force people to follow your religious beliefs is a weakness that a lot of people need to overcome. No one should have to "overcome" the weakness of loving someone else. But if it's not love to the right person according to you, then they should push away that love and affection and ignore the feelings of happiness and joy that two gay men or women feel when they're with each other. Seriuosly, that's what jesus wanted? Man, I had heard so many nice things about him, too.

Oh, yes, the gays are trying to get to our childrens! Oh, I can see it now! If gays get their way and have the same marital rights as a hetero couple, then they're will be entire lessons in schools to kindergardeners about gay sex! They'll tell our children that they HAVE to be gay! They'll bring in diagrams and pie charts about gayness!

Seriously though, do you honestly think that schools are going to say, "ok, gay marriage is acceptable. We've had all these gay propaganda lessons just waiting to be taught!"

Schools will teach school things. They might talk about the legal debate of gay marriage in civics classes (you know, classes geared towards current events) but what do you honestly think gay people want to teach to kids other than just let people do what they want if it's not hurting anyone else? You're just using fear to rally people who are like you, afraid that the gays are coming for your kids.

And gays are not forcing anything down your throat. They just want to be able to do their taxes as a married couple, have a bank account that both people can access even if something happens to one of them, things that a lot of other people get to do.

Besides, how do you know the people in mass. are sorry about gay marriage being allowed there? Do you really even know if anything really changed? Do you even really know gay things are being talked about in schools over there?
