A couple of points to think about. 1) Non Biological "fathers " should not be forced to pay child support. Our Goverment needs to fix this problem. Dr. Phil should do a show on how under Title IV our Federal Goverment gives money to the States for CS collection, which is at the root of this problem . 2) If Money were taken out of the equation, I `m sure most fathers if not all would continue the loving relationship with the child ( who should be the first priority) What about Buying the children clothes, etc. instead of giving money to the mothers, this is still fianancial syupport
3)The Mother(s) in these situation are not only perpetrating a FRAUD on the Men, but on their children as well, who have a right to know the TRUTH of who thier Biological Fathers are... Still I feel very bad for the children....
