They look like a great couple! I about cried when I saw Brent and Renee and not only because of the horrible fear she had and disaster their relationship is...but because not all swingers are like them! I think the reason we all keep this a secret is because people will think we are all disasters just like that. We aren't! My husband and I are normal, professional, family oriented people.
We have been married 2 and a half years and swinging for about 6 months now and we have not had any problems like this. Sure, there were insecurities just like Nita and my hubby even has the same feelings at times. We LOVE each other though and swinging is NOT about us not being satisfied with each other. People look at us and can tell we are crazy about each other...we just happen to enjoy others as well. I am bisexual and enjoy having sexual relations with other women and he enjoys the fun as well.
I would say that our communication is MUCH better than most other couples we know. We don't go to the clubs because we like to get to know others first. We have found that MANY of the couples we meet are looking for something "more" in their relationship. When we notice they aren't stable in their relationship, which is simply our judgment, we back out and move on. We still stay friends with these people, but we know better than to bring sex into it if we can tell one of them really isn't into it or something similar.
We aren't monsters, we aren't going to have sex with everyone we see, we aren't into illegal things...we just enjoy being open minded with other people.
