The motorway came eventually but it was not laid through the scenic valuable territory anymore but further away. In his birthplace Boxtel, van der Sloot was criticized a lot because while he was fighting the developments of the new motorway, the dangerous traffic was still led trough Boxtel and this was causing accidents and consequently was costing the lives of many people. Van der Sloot was seen as a fault-finder that to prevent the motorway to be build on part of his land , was willing to sacrifice the lives of the youth who attended the schools in the vicinity of the local dangerous streets. Van der Sloot said later on that the criticism hurt him deeply..####################################TILBURGVan der Sloot (53) got his legal education at the University of Tilburg in the seventies. He co-founded the Legal Faculty Association Tilburg and also the faculty newspaper Nondejure'. After he finished his studies he did not went to work for the government, but assisted citizens that had conflicts with the government. It was in that period in Arnhem, where he met a woman Anita (teacher of Artistic Formation) and it was also there were Joran and Valentijn, two of his three suns, were born.################################NEW JOBIn 1991 Paul van der Sloot thought it was the time for a new job and he found one in Aruba where he was appointed for five year as lawyer for the Aruban government. Van der Sloot considered going back to The Netherlands, but he liked the small scale of Aruba and as it appeared he had enough possibilities to continue with his career. He became cabinets leader for the public ministry and gave classes of Administrative Law at the local university.################################JUDGETwo years ago Van der Sloot got the opportunity to become a judge. With his background that meant that he had follow a training course of three years. During that training period, he was appointed as a substitute judge in the Antillean court. I read that Aruba wants equal air time.  I don't think Aruba has the right to demand anything in our country. They print and air what they want in their country without questionand nothing flattering about the USA,, but I hope that if they are given the generosity of air time it isn't allowed  as more free publicy. Their own PM said that he loved the publicty from the poor family because it was something they couldn't afford.

Natalee and the Holloways and Twittys shouldn't be used to further their travel brochure wants.

I saw a little piece of the show about Nathalee. It was about an police interview on the suspects. 

The reaction of al the people after that gave me some bad feeling. First let it be straight that i feel sorry for her parents and wish them all the luck. 

  

But everyone think they have found her "murderers" but no-one even knows if she is murdered. 

Than that she would be drugged with XTC or something else because she wouldn't have sex on herself because she just wants it. Nooo she is a virgin and she would never do that. Damn how stupid can parents be. Young people grow and they want to explore te world.  

How I know this? Well i'm 22 and thats how it goes in your childhoud. And i can tell you, my parents have given me a very good childhood! 

  

How can you people be sow arrogant and thinking you all know that these guys killed her? Joran should have "fled" to the Netherlands. What should you do? Every freeking american is after him. This guy also wants to work on his future. And that future depands on a school here in The Netherlands. So what? Until he isn't plead guilty and there are still no good points against him, he is allowed to go anywhere he wants. Maybe she killed herself? Than you all give this guys a bad feeling for live. So dont judge to soon.

Look at yourself, what did you do in your youth? Well we are not living in the 18th century anymore. Young people want to discover things and sex is one of them. So stop saying she is a virgin and would never do that. She is not Maria.
