I applaud the Judge on Dr. Phil's show. Part of the trouble in today's society is we namby pamby criminals and treat them with kid gloves. When law breakers have more rights than their victims...there's a problem. I agree that putting someone in jail only teaches them how to break the law and not get caught the next time. The mental health argument is not a valid one. If I had been humiliated like some of those folks, believe me...I would not break the law again.
I would love to see more punishments like the Judge gives. Keep up the good work!
