STD
I think the thing on Arianna's husband's lip is an HPV wart probably caused when he gave oral sex to someone other than his wife. I couldn't help but see it there on his bottom lip...just saying, "See what I got for being bad?" There is no way to get rid of those types of STD's, the one's with the warts on the lip or the genitalia. If I were the wife, I wouldn't let him kiss me, or my children. Ewwww! :(
