Our state of WI. has AAA, who has put a camera in the parents cars, so they can observe thier children's driving habits. They review the tape with the children and then deceide if they still have driving privlieges. Sounds like a good solution for all the states. I

It takes some people longer than other's it realize the seriousness of using phones, doing make-up or eating etc., while driving.
