this is horrible!

I never new about this game until I heard about this on the news and other shows.  I thinks this is horrible game for kids to play .   Just when we think we know what to watch out for ,  Something comes along to make are jobs as  parents harder.  I hope more info comes out about this and we can learn the warning signs.  I have two young boys and worry all the time that what I teach them may not sink in before there old enough to start making choices.  I knew to teach them about violence, drugs, bulling and alcohol but it seems like I have one more thing to add to the list.

hello

My name is Tracy and this July 22 2006 will be my 6th anniversary.  Our wedding was very small I think including children we had like 45- 50 people.  we got married at city hall and my mom threw and backyard party for everyone.  instead of catering wee bought our own food and BBQ..  My mom bought the cake at a&p and it was very simple.  She bought all the decorations at the dollar store and I bought my dress at a discontinued wedding store that cost, including alterations was $250.  I think the whole wedding including everything I bought and what my mom bought was like $3000.00.    I have been to other weddings, big weddings,  I think I had the better wedding because it was about me and my husband not about impressing people.   There are bigger things to want for yourself then a fancy wedding.   Good luck to all those getting married.

good day to all

Hi all,

I hope all is well were u are.   I would just like to say that I have no idea whats it's like to be a mother of five as I only have to boys.   However I think that all parents can and do get frusterated from time to time  what with there being not of enough time or money to go around.     Then there are those days when nothing seems to go right.   I think its all in how you handle things.   My mom always says when the kids and there friends are playing and there noisy,  think of it as music.   Also,   when I am really at my wits end by the end of the day,   that will be right about the time my husband gets home and i will let them spend daddy time together and I will take a radio and take a long hot bath.  That always works..   I also know that as they get older some things get easier to deal with.   I feel really bad for these kids.   These parents have no idea what they've done to these kids.   They will all remember and carry this with them in differen't ways.  It is not the kids job to protect us or our feelings,  it is our job as parents.   I am sending a million hugs to these kids and I think that is what they need lots and lots of hugs.

i am just sick at this

You know people who say if this were a man we would have hung him by now are right.   We, as woman, say we want equality and to be treated as fairly as men but when it comes down to taking responsiblity for our actions some of us use the fact that were woman and we are weak.  The woman who use the fact that she was immature and was in love and BLAH BLAH was just trying to make us feel sorry for but she didn't foul me.  If she was so immature then why is she a teacher.    There are lots of christian homeschooled people out there who don't commit crimes.   The law gives us too many excuses for our misdeeds.  What ever happen to "don't do the crime if you can't do the time".   I have to boys myself and if any teacher ever touch them they had better run.  Just to be clear I belieave teachers like these ones are in the minority but unfortuately because of the few bad apples we as parents are left with no choice but trust no one and suspect everyone.

What a world we live in!

12/06 Teacher Troubles

I am so sick of people using bipolar as an excuse for everything i know people who have bipolar disorder and they don't do stupid things.  In my opinion the teacher did the porno videos cause she was poor, desperate, and had kids to feed so she did what she new best.  It was easy money which is why did it again.   I Think she did good for herself and her kids by making better choices and she should be proud of herself but with that being said everything you do in life has consequences.    I have two boys and though they are only 5 and 8 If i heard of there teachers doing the same thing I have to omit I would have a huge problem with it.  What she has to relies is though its wrong for us to judge these are our kids and we have the right to decide who we allow around our children.   Though she may not harm them intentionally I as a parent could never take that chance.  Its sad but we as parents have to be judgmental and particular.  It's life.     Good luck and I hope all works out for you.

03/07 Dr. Phil Now: Sex Offenders Next Door

Quote From: gwarrior6

It's very scary to know how many sex offenders live next to you!  There are about 170 in the 10 mile radius from where I live (I need to move).  There's about 20 that live half a mile away!  It's a shocking reality check, thats for sure.

You can find out the # of sex offenders that live in your area, their names, addresses and pictures from the the family watchdog site:

http://www.familywatchdog.us/

What to do when the jails are so overcrowded that these sociopaths are free?

Yes it is scary but at least in the states you all can somewhat know where these creeps are , here in Canada were not allow to know.   The most they do here is if they let out a level 3 offender they give a very veg idea where they released them.   The only time we find out exactly where they are in through private people investigating.   I want your system here.  sex offenders should be locked up for life.
