WOW 11

    This is sure strange being on a new board.  Everything has been going good with my change of eating habits.   I've been quite busy with moving.  Since Feb. on a Fri. night bought a new home and moved in on Sat. lock stock and barrel.  Within one month the orginal home sold and had to get all the paper work taken care of.  The whirl wind has seemed to have calmed down.  Hope everyone has a good day.

Need a little help!

 

   I am very interested in buying the book by Joel Olsteen.  What is the name of the book.

It sure sounds very interesting and maybe give me some insight.  Enjoy the day.

good morning everyone

     

It's been quite a while since I have posted, but since it has turned spring I'm excited about the program.  Welcome to all the new people and post often,  its very helpful.  (look who is talking!)  This board was looking a little lifeless, but I'm sure that will change.  Will post later.

Help

    

 Beverly where can I find raw almonds?  It seems the only ones I can find are the roasted ones in oil.  Also, is 3-4 ounces of protein for a meal adequate along with fresh vegetables.

Beverly--I need help again!

  I can remember that you cooked dry beans in a crock pot.  With summer finally here, I would like to cook some dry beans (the kitchen doesn't get so warm cooking this way).    What size is your portions of beans.  By the way the almonds are wonderful.                   

As a charge nurse working the night shift, it is a big help using the nuts as a snack.
