They'll stop if it isn't in the house. They aren't the one driving to the store, buying it, and bringing it into the house. As for the snacks Luz keeps in the trunk of her car, they're nothing but junk. The Capri Sun drinks I saw are less than 5% fruit juice. The rest is water, high fructose corn syrup, and artificial coloring. The 100 calorie snacks were white flour, sugar, shortening, artificial flavoring, and preservatives. Those 100 calories should be coming from an apple. Or, low-fat milk. Something her body actually needs. Not, that life-shortening junk.

Thats a good point. All that food they are eating is nothing but JUNK. Whats worse is that they eat that stuff too many times in a day.  The parents support it. They feed them all this Junk. They are practically killing their own children. Those Capri Suns are just as bad as soda with the sugar and syrup. Sodas not good for you or children either. Its a shame one big thing that was lacking in these kids diet was fruit and vegetables

Capri Sun does have two no-sugar-added apple and mixed-fruit juices. It says "no high fructose corn syrup" the rest of their products. And, it also says "25% less sugar than" other brands.
Yet, sugar is still the second ingredient. But, why add sugar to fruit juice? It's sweet enough as is.
Sunny D makes the same "25% less sugar" claim for their products. Yet, they still use high fructose corn syrup. I wonder how many parents unwittingly continue buying this junk because they take their "less sugar" claim at face value. Rather than read the ingredient list.
But, while pure  juice is better than the sweetened kind, whole fruit is best. It's got fiber and satisfies hunger better than juice does.
I don't know much about Capri Suns cause I don't really drink those. I think that fruit juices are naturally sweet and if they want to make them sweeter what better way than to add more sugar. I'm not a pro about nutrition facts. Sugar is still sugar. When it says 25% less sugar there is still sugar in the drink just not as much. Some drinks will have this on the label strictly because it makes for good advertisement and encouraging people to buy.

Speaking of dangers on the road, my husband was on his way home the other night and was on the freeway. He was only 4 miles from our house. Traffic was incredibly heavy and he had a blowout. The tire that blew was on the left front drivers side, very dangerous. Believe it or not this was his 4th blowout in 5 years. When it happened the other night, the truck veered into the fast lane, he was going 70mph at the time. Luckily he is a very experienced driver and is able to handle a blowout safely. But had someone been tailgating him, like someone usually is, he probably would have been killed as the traffic was very heavy as I said. The tires are brand new, we bought them about 4 months ago and there is still "all" of the tread left on them. We figure that he either hit something in the road that he couldn't see, or their was a defect with the tire. This is something that many other drivers don't think about, what would happen if they blew a front tire at high speeds. I always have it in the front of my mind every time I get on the freeway. We have to take the freeway just to get to town. I just thought I would add this story to the mix and hopefully someone will read it and realize that there are dangers out there that they haven't even thought of.
You and your husband must be having some real bad luck with these tires. New cars now have a feature that has a tire pressure warning light on the vehicle so if the tire pressure falls anything less than 25 0r 26 lbs of pressure a warning light will come on on the dash board letting you know you need to check those tires. This is a good feature and it can prevent blowouts....

What will they do for a living now? I have to assume that the "law" where they live will be very interested in them upon their return. They are in fact in possesion of stolen property, that alone is a crime even if you are not the one who stole it. And what about the IRS?  May they get what they deserve!
I bet if they go home and steal again then they will have to deal with the law. They will be watched and stores know now to look out for them. As for the stuff they already have stolen maybe they should give back or donate I don't know. I also sure the IRS will catch up with them sooner or later...............

A Husband's Double Life

People better be real careful with taking those polygraph tests. Once you take that test and if  it shows deception or lies. It wont matter if you told the truth. Once that machine says you lied. YOU LIED.....

School Discipline: Out of Control?

Its not the teachers job, nor is it the schools job to discipline children. That has to start in the home. Even if parent fail to discipline their kids in the home does not mean it becomes a job for our schools. I think teachers who take discipline towards children need to be prosecuted or jailed........

GET RID OF THE CREDIT CARDS

Those credit cards can be so easy to charge, and they can be so hard to pay off sometimes. Especially ones with those high interest rates. Those are ones that don't want to go away. Try to pay them off, cut them in half and get rid of the card. Once the credit card is gone thats one less bill you have to make a payment on. You just might be better off without it.....................
