There are so many different types of pills out now, that you may want to consider changing. I remember that feeling(blah) and your right, even though you don't want to eat, you don't want to exercise either. I feel for ya! Cous cous is a grain. I don't believe that it is a type of rice. I don't know too much about it, except that it's a grain and I love it. My neighbor is a health freak and I'm a wanna bee. She made it and then I did.

Follow the directions on the back of the cous cous box, but instead of water add no fat chicken broth.
You may have to ask someone in the store for help in finding it. It's at almost every grocery store.
To this I added steamed asaragus, cherry tomatos, fresh basil, small pieces of cucumber. You could also add some fresh chopped garlic. It's so fast and easy and also great left over. You can change some or all the veggies I mentioned for others. I'm really big on making food that I can have as leftovers.
Here is a very basic tomato sauce that I make and freeze in containers the size of coolwhip containers. I use this sauce for everything from chicken parmesan(yes you can make that healthy) to pizza. I take 2 cans of Hunts tomato sauce, 2 small cans of tomato paste, 2 tsp. of dried italian spices and fresh chopped garlic. That's it! Now here's a recipe for pizza.
Pizza
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Take 1 ww pita and add sauce
Meat can be grilled chicken, or ground turkey, or whatever lean meat you like.
Veggies(I use mushroom, red onion and green pepper
Cheese- I use low fat marble cheese or soy mozzerella cheese.
Put in oven for 6 min. Out of this world good and really stops the pizza craving.

My daughter and I just finished the papers. It felt really great to be out there at 5am, but will I feel that way in the winter or when it's stormy out.
