 my photos loaded -- this is a picture of Oreo -- he loved boxes no matter how small!  LOL

One week after Oreo passed away, our kitten, Gremlin disappeared -- he never came home so now we have one cat -- Zeus (who I always said would be better as an only cat...he is actually friendly!) and one dog -- Duke. 

I made a great fruit salad the other day and have eaten it every day since...it was pineapples, apples, pears, strawberries, grapes, watermelon, cataloupe and honeydew!  I love going to the farmer's market for fruits....I am going to buy some tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce and spices etc to plant in the garden liek last year and the strawberries are coming back up again.

Just wanted to say hi to everyone!

I have to get real and get moving again......been passin around a stomach virus and I finally got it yesterday so I am just waiting for it to leave but I bought a bunch of fruits and veggies day before that and got out my recipe book etc........and figured I'd come on for added motivation.

 it was so good to see so many familar names....Sheryl, Anita, brenda, Sharon, Sheree, Teresa and Connie!  I missed you all!  Anyone knwo how BJ and Cathy are doing?  I'm sure I'm forgetting someone -- please know it isn't intentional!  I missed each and everyone of you I have gotten to know!  ;-)

I have CFS snce 1992...and I have weight issues as well.  Difficullt to exercise but trying to get back into the swing of things!
