Backdoor Alimony

Ever since Roe vs. Wade and the interference of homosexual agenda in the E.R.A. movement, women's rights have been perverted away from representing the basic elements of justice and civil equality to the most alien of inalienable rights ever defended, namely the right to kill the unborn. In fact, the homosexual mind-set demands extermination of the human race if it proliferates as the new "alternate lifestyle".The E.R.A. movement was a catalyst for their social agenda, therefore it is no wonder that the resulting arguments of inequality become glaringly evident, such as the right to "choose" for men who have uncommitted sex out of wedlock. Therefore, legally speaking, the young man on the show today is entirely right about his own right to choose, even though he made the decision to have unprotected sex with the girl who now wants to draw a check from him. He also had no right to choose an abortion.

Men really do not have any "choice" and there is no equality in this regard.

In some states a woman can even have her tubes tied without the consent of her husband, whereas the husband must get written permission from his wife to have a vascectomy. There are truly no equal rights after Roe vs. Wade, and especially not for the unborn, let alone the man who helped to conceive the child. So we live in a legalistic society that demands no right answer to the question of who should and shouldn't be accountable.

Heroes Galore !

Seems that even after the evidence is presented in court and among professionals, the only thing that occurs is the same thing in every situation where DSS, CPS, psychologists and law enforcement  become involved. Namely, they all succeed in trashing both sides of the family due to indecisive measures and conflicting reports, leaving an inroad to claim superior concern for someone elses child !

I was kind of irked when after talking about the court-house fiasco, doctor Phil also chose to play the hero card and said "I don't know what these people are gonna do but I'm gonna talk about Kaylee."

Upon return from a commercial break, though, the greeting caption stated in bold letters "JEREMY'S BACK".

I guess doctor Phil missed that, but I sure didn't.

It seems to be getting to the point where you are better off to just killl molesters, do your time, and hope to be reunited with your child in the future. However, if someone is lying about their spouse, they get off scott-free because there is no legal recourse against contempt and character defamation anymore.

After all this preponderence of evidence it would seem that these professionals would have sh!t and gotten off the pot already !

So after all this: NOW where is all this concern for the "best interests of the child"?

More Double Standards of Officials

While so many children of poor parents have children who will never afford a university education, this lady "worked" her way to getting a college education and is now admired by many for her efforts. Education is therefore discriminatory against the poor, so why shouldn't moral issues be when hiring and/or retaining teachers who are admired and who set themselves up as role-models for our children. These people are also the same people who work with DSS and other intervention groups to determine mental, medical, and welfare issues of children at the expense of poor parents who are at the mercy of their arbitrary judgment.

A teacher said my nephew who get A's and B's is poorly capable of education. Being and ADHD kid, he was also spoken of as "likely to be a serial killer". He was 8 years old, and has never started fights or been caught being cruel to any form of life.

So if you don't think these people have any affect on families and children, think again !

Who are these dirtbags anyway ?

Why Do You Care Who the

The child will only care about losing it's "Dad" in the aftermath of all this.

Nevertheless, modern legalistic crapola demands genetic proof and the winner is always the sperm-spewer, so I think this guy should stick to his guns when denying professionalists the ejaculative satisfaction of giving them what they want.

I know from experience that even when the child grows up and gets curious about his/her "natural father" it soon becomes a mere fleeting curiosity when they find him to be a pervert or a slimebag hollywood coke-snorting money grabber.

Sincerely,

A 41 year old "Daddy" and "Papa" to step daughters and grand-daughters.

Real "Dad's"

Quote From: dast19582003

I don't know who you are refering to as the spermspewer, and that's a good one-never heard that one before.  Why do you think, and I think your are referring to Mr. Stern, he shouldn't provide DNA for a paternity test?
I simply think that true "Dad's" should be given the rights to children rather than the "sperm-spewer" who always get legal "father" status. Morality and love should take precedence over mere bloodlines, if it were a perfect system. Adoption is expensive and hard to get for "Dad's" who have expended themselves for their step-children, so they are left wide-open for abuse by the legal system.

Here I Go Again...

Seems I only post here when I have a gripe.

Why must families and children keep worrying about these molesters?

Well, the reason, and the way I see it is this:

The legal system and professionals drag these things out as long as they can draw money for legal fees and "treatment" pay.

In the end, the psychiatric field, including doctor Phil, hypocritically tells the child that suffered the abuse that "grandpa is sick". So even people like doctor Phil wind up justifying the mans actions and misleading the child into wishing well for the pervert. Perhaps even to the point where she will embrace him once again and feel sorry for him.

A simpler solution would be a 35 cent bullet in the molester's head so that these toothless lions cannot come and claim the dying carcass before it is deceased. Otherwise they will coddle it and shelter it and nurse it back to health so that it can be put back out in the public in order to spread it's plague of intentional evil once again.

This is exactly what the system keeps doing. It is just a roaring lion with no teeth.

Eight months in the county jail ? Eight months ???!!!!!!

Is that all he had to do ?

A guy who stole a circular saw did 6 in my county.

Lot's of perverts.

Quote From: christine9

Someone PLEASE tell me why he is not in jail!!!!

Why would legislators set a precedent against themselves by being tough on child molesters?

In many states it is still legal to have sex with a 15 year old. There must be a whole lot of these bleeding heart jerks in politics: that's all I can figure.

The Problem of "Not Knowing"

Quote From: srndpty333

How would it benefit Grace to fill her with hate, anger and fear?  Dr. Phil gave an explanation to Grace that was befitting her age.  God!... she's been damaged enough without being filled with more negativity.  Save the molester bashing for adults.

What the heck was he to say??? Your grandfather is evil?  Possessed by the devil?????  What your grandfather did was disgusting and he should be hung?  God this is this childs grandfather whom she loves...this man is her daddy's daddy...she is from this man...if he is portrayed to her as fundementally defective she will see herself as such...that's how children think.

I can see somewhat your view of the preservation of innocence that you related, but that very thing is often the cause of children allowing such abuse to go on. For many, years go by before they ever say anything, and much more damage is done apparently because of the gray-matter conflict of innocence and guilt.

If they never know the difference in good and evil, then they will surely be set up for abuse, mistakes, and perhaps even a premature life in crime. And if they are not taught the difference in right and wrong, the judicial world will teach it to them eventually. So why not give them a protective "head start"?

But sadly, the new modern four-letter-word of  "morality" is shunned as a lesson in life once again.

I think that it is easier and imperative to relate such molestations to them as "evil" and that children possess the ability to settle such things in their hearts without causing excessive damage to their small souls. And who cares about the feelings of the molester when the child has this settled in their heart?

Children have a keen sense of justice, and I have seen more pain caused by condescending causes of injustice than by stark contrasting views of good and evil.

I am sure you have too.

Megan's Law SUPPOSEDLY fixed that...

Quote From: gwarrior6

There are stricter laws for pirating music and movies than there is for molesting a child!  Unbelievable.  Because producers have the money to lobby against that stuff.  Kids don't have the $$ to influence a politician.  Very sad!

...however, the federal money that is supposed to to help State legal people defend young victims has become just another pork-barrel.

Dean Tong has written in detail how lying false accusers have used this legal funding for victims as a Dialing-for-dollars way to get free legal assistance in order to win a child custody case.

States like Fla' have an 800 number for them.

I don't know if he still has his site up, but his info' is a great read, and was once used in a courtroom battle as a source for defending a handicapped relative of mine who was accused of physically abusing her daughter. She "won".

I hope it works out...

Quote From: srndpty333

I'm pretty confident Dr, Phil was not concerned with the feelings of the molester as he spoke with Grace, nor do I believe he left any gray-matter as to the grandfathers guilt, or as to the difference between right and wrong.  Children are not able to comprehend concepts such as "evil" objectively.   Abuse in this case is clearly not going to "go on".  Dr. Phil did a great job.

... but I think he shouldn't have used the "sickness" thing with the girl. Not only that: he went a step further to suggest that they were going to help grandpa get better.

Shame on us all if this man uses this false sense of hope against the girl or someone else in the future. And these people typically do use any chinque in the armor of caring people to weasel their way into a child's life.

Way too many molesters are repeat offenders due to winning adults over to trusting them with their children.
