STILL AT 129

HI, EVERYBODY! 

  

I'M SO GLAD ALL OF YOU ARE POSTING!  I PROMISE YOU'LL SEE MORE POSTS FROM ME WHEN I GET BACK TO WORK ON AUGUST 24TH BECAUSE I'LL BE NEAR A COMPUTER THAT WORKS...MOST OF THE TIME ANYWAY. 

  

I HAVE EXERCISED EVERYDAY...USUALLY ABOUT AN HOUR A DAY.  WHEN I'M AT HOME, I USE VIDEOS.  AT THE CABIN, I DO PILATES STRETCHES.  I'VE DONE FAIRLY WELL ON KEEPING UP WITH ONE MINUTE CHALLENGE USING WRISTBAND WEIGHTS AT HOME AND CANNED VEGETABLE TINS AT THE CABIN. 

  

MOUNTAIN MAMA, WHEN I'M AT HOME, I DO 16 SQUATS FOR YOU EACH DAY.  AT THE CABIN, UNFORTUNATELY, I'VE BEEN FORGETTING TO DO THEM.  I PROMISE I'LL DO THEM FROM NOW ON. 

  

EVERYBODY, IT'S TAKEN A LOT LONGER THAN I THOUGHT TO GET DOWN TO 125...AND I'M STILL 4 POUNDS AWAY.  BUT I TELL MYSELF THAT TAKING IT OFF SLOW MEANS THAT I 'LL BE MORE LIKELY TO KEEP IT OFF WHEN I GET THERE.

I'M BACK

AND LIKE ALL OF YOU, I'M TRYING TO GET USED TO THE WAY THIS NEW BOARD WORKS. 

  

STILL AT 129, BUT I'M TRYING TO BE GRATEFUL I'M THE 120'S--SORT OF.  I'M STILL EXERCISING, AND HOPE ALL OF YOU WHO MIGHT NEED A LITTLE EXTRA PUSH WILL JOIN US ON THE "PHIL TO THE 7TH POWER" BOARD.  WE'RE ALL WORKING ON ADDING EXERCISE TO OUR LIVES, AND THAT'S WHAT OUR LITTLE BOARD IS THERE FOR.

I went to the Doctor on Thursday and went over everything with the Doctor and just guess I didnot take care of myself and get started on r Phil soon enough.  Doctor put me on blood pressure meds.  I am depressed.  I was doing so good.  I think she said I had gained about 7 or 8 pounds of water with the swelling since last visit.  May all the numbers were great!  Take care everyone!  I am frustrated but will continue to keep my Journal.  Don't ignore the signs and listen to your body!  I am waiting for the results from the blood test to come back for the electralights (sp) and get this perscription filled.

Yesterday I beat the heat by going to see March of the Penquins at the movie theater.  Seeing all that ice and snow and hearing the wind and sitting in the a/c probed to be a very COOL experience! 

THAT KIND OF THING HAPPENS TO ME, TOO.  WHEN IT DOES, I TRY TO REMIND MYSELF ON HOW FAR I'VE COME OVER THE YEARS. 

  

YOU'VE BEEN THERE FOR ME MANY TIMES, SO I'M GLAD TO "REPLY" AND LET YOU KNOW HOW SPECIAL YOU ARE TO ALL OF US HERE.

IT'S NICE TO BE MISSED!

GOSH, I ALMOST  LIKE I EASEDROPPED ON MY OWN FUNERAL!  THANKS FOR ALL THE NICE THINGS ALL YOU HAVE WRITTEN ABOUT ME!  I'VE MISSED ALL OF YOU, TOO. 

  

I HAVE BEEN WORKING OUT, AND I'VE GOT REALLY GOOD NEWS TO TELL ALL OF YOU.  I'M DOWN TO 127.5, AND I'M REALLY TRYING TO HARD TO HANG ON TO THAT WEIGHT LOSS.  IT SURE HAS BEEN AN UP AND DOWN SUMMER ON THE SCALE! 

  

STARTING WEDNESDAY I'LL HOPEFULLY BE POSTING MORE SINCE I SHOULD HAVE ACCESS TO A COMPUTER AT WORK. 

  

I HAVE BEEN DOING 10 OMC MINUTES EACH DAY...AND AT HOME I'VE BEEN USING THE LESLIE SANSONE 3 MILE ALMOST EVERYDAY.  AT THE CABIN I'VE USUALLY GOINGUP AND DOWN THOSE 29 STEPS!

Cabin is in the San Bernardino mountains...about 20 minutes from Lake Arrowhead.   

  

We only do the bare necessities of housekeeping up there!

first Day Back at Work

Hi, phriends! 

  

Well, I'm back, and it's as crazy as most first days are.  The computers are not connected to the internet in rom 510 where RSP is headquarted, but i had a feeling this somputer might be here in the staff lounge.  And it is! 

  

For August 23, I went to the senior esercise class at the park=1 hour 

Lori Dean's Burn and Firm in 30 Minutes=30 minutes 

Leslie Sansone's 3 mile=about 40 minutes, I think. 

10 minutes OMC with wristband weights 

12 squats for Mountain Mama 

  

I'm to tuckered out to add all this up.  I hope it "Adds Up" to my getting closer to my "get real" weight of 125!
