Dr. Phil and Robin, Bravo on todays show. My husband and I wanted to be there for one of your shows this week while on vacation but the Air Force needed him more so I watched here at home. Now I have some really great ideas for gifts when he comes home. I loved the tree stump and the camera was great. Thank You so much for sharing your private favorites. Here in Ohio we all Love you and Robin!!!!

Giving from the heart

Thank you for reminding the audience that the gift is a reflection of the "heart of the giver". Although, I'm not privileged enough to be a graduate of the "school of Oprah", I do respect the spirit in which she "shares herself and her resources". I'm always finding myself drawn to the opportunity to show my friends and family that I think of them throughout my day and other activities, by selecting or creating something that I think reflects my awareness of "who they are" or "what they enjoy". Thank you for sharing such a "fun-filled" way to see how you and your beautiful wife have expressed your love and respect for each other over the past twenty-six years. I hope that you will share another twenty-six with an everincreasing love and devotion to each other.
PS. I hope your "first valentine" enjoys her new tennis racket....whew!

Dr.Phil and Robin,
My husband and I really enjoyed todays show. The most touching part of the show is when the camera person went and showed your mother wiping a tear from her eye. This is when Robin was reading your poems. To me your mother deserves a bravo for raising a thoughtful and caring son. Thank you again for another wonderful show. Keep up the good work.

valentine's from the heart

your show on valentine gifts showed that the gifts from the heart that usually cost the fewest dollars are the ones that mean the most. it was nice to see after all the delightful gifts you generously gave the audience it was robin and you who recieved the bests gifts from each other.
my husband can't give an expensive gift for valentine day but he shows each day how much he cares for me and our four sons by the work and care he puts into daily activities. our sons will realize even more in the future ,then they do today, how their graduating from college without any loans or bills helped them and made their father proud to do it for them. his gifts are the sacrifice he generously gives.

cawilmsq: regarding the tour date in Columbus Ohio

Regarding Dr. Phil's appearance in Ohio in the month of April........having had the privilege of attending one of Dr. Phil's tour dates, Orlando, Florida...........I can tell you that it was wonderful.......fortunately I was able to attend one of the last tour dates that was almost an all day event.........loved, loved, loved it!!!!!!
It was an entertaining and enlightening workshop on how to "get real" regarding relationships and life. Tears, much laughter, a moving and thought provoking day......................................
Robin was there in the audience......Jay on stage for a bit of time......as they were introducing Jay's first book at the time.........and of course Jordan was there, too. I seem to remember Jordan with his skateboard in his hands at one point....can't remember if that was after the show or during intermission.

PART 2 REGARDING THE TOUR DATE IN OHIO

Posted on: 2003-02-10 14:12:35
Part 2 for my post regarding the tour date and my post above............
The whole day was great and Dr. Phil was his usual self.......a wonderful presentation!
Approximately 3,000 people there that day and everyone was treated with kindness and much personal attention thru out the day.
After the event......Dr. Phil stayed and signed books and such for any individual who wanted. Every minute was well worth attending for.........Dr. Phil is a kind and gentle man.........and Robin as gracious as ever waiting patiently close by.
If you can......attend one of his tour dates..................IT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE.

Todays show was really great! It was exciting for me to see everyone getting all those great gifts. Too bad some of the people who have joined in the DR. Phil club online couldn't receive some of those wonderful gifts. I hope to see you guys do this again for Christmas. Some of those people were just overwhelmed by the look on their faces. Great Job!!!

I loved this show. Even though most of the items were way out of my price range, I loved the show! The audience was soooooo excited and enthusiastic. I was jealous that they were getting all that cool stuff. haha Loved the poems Robin read at the end of the show. And thought it was extra sweet and special that "Grandma" was in the audience.Dr. Phil...you and your wife love each other soooo much....it truly shows. What a wonderful example you set for all married couples and those thinking about becoming married.I was hoping you were going to include Grandma in your exit and you did!!Thanks for all the great advice you give on all of your shows. Happy Valentine's Day!!

Valentine's Day Show

It was so great to see another side of Dr. Phil, the tender and sensitive person you are. It is so obvious how much love is shared with your wife, sons and family. It was a treat to finally meet your mother. I must admit that the gifts handed out to the audience were extremely nice, but for the majority of the viewers I really agree that most of these gifts were way beyond our price range. I sincerely believe that on Valentine's day and any other day that the gift should come from the heart like the book of poems you give your with for your 20th anniversary or the great idea Robin had of giving you the cement prints of your sons. Those are really gifts from the heart and not the poket book. Congratulations on a great show and I enjoy watching you everyday. Happy Valentine's day to all and may you have love and happiness on this special day but all the other 364 days of the year also.

Milt's Most Romantic Valentine's Day Gift To Me

My husband gave me the most romantic dinner at a restuarant where he was a manager at the time. I often went to PIE IN THE SKY PIZZA at closing time at 10 or 11 pm because he was always the last man out the door at night. When I got there the lights were out and candles were lit on all the tables. One employee was still there and he was our server. The door was locked behind me and after I was served the employee let hisself out. Our dinner was pizza of course! But the pizza was an artistic design of a perfect heart. Extra pizza sauce made it nice and red. It is still my best valentine Day yet. It was the planning and the thought he put into it that was the great surprise especially on a very busy night in the pizza business where he had been since early that morning. That was Feb of 98 and we married sept of 99.

I envy the audience on today's show receiving free digital cameras. Most of us cannot afford one.......
Seems Dr. Phil is as giving as Rosie when she did her show and magazine. I'm glad to see someone else step up and show they care about society.
