I am sorry to sound rude, but these guys just DO NOT look remotely like Brad Pitt. I have to agree with Dr. Phil when he says they look more like Cojo from E.T. They do look much better than before the surgery, however. I hope they are happy with what they look like now. Please, no more surgery you don't want to look like Michael Jackson, do ya? Ick!
      you're right!

I don't know what they looked like before, but mom2kaykim is right - they do not look like Brad Pitt! Where do people this young get money for plastic surgery anyway??? Unless they had some terrible disfigurement, I can't imagine anyone having plastic surgery.
        And, so are you!

The only plastic surgery I believe in is corrective for birth defects or reconstructive for disfiguring injuries. But, to look like someone else? No way! Fix the inside. Then, you'll be happier with the outside.

Did you ever think that maybe the inside is damaged by what you have on the outside. People are cruel and if you don't look a certain perfect way and they make fun of you then you start developing a low self esteem. Its unfornuate that people depend so highly on others opinion of them, but that's the world we live in.

In respone to wxwmno2 what you look like or
think you look like can damage you on the inside if you don't like what you see.
There are lots of swans that feel like ugly
            ducklings .
The two guyd do look like cojo .Hope they
            do get contract offers.
        They don't look like Brad but;

They are much better looking than before and if they feel better about themselves it's a good thing. Their Dr may have gone a little overboard on the chiseled look but these
guys certainly have attention grabbing features.
I wouldn't be suprised if they get contract offers.

I think these boys would have grown into their skin and looks. They are teenagers! Teenagers have bad skin, they worry about their looks, thats what they do. If these guys had waited until they were grown, they probably wouldn't have needed it.
        I agree

I agree these boys should have waited until they had matured more.Every teenager feels awkward at some point growing up.Look at Michael Jackson if he would never had surgery he would look normal today. It would be interesting to see what he would look like today without any procedures.
      Holy Cow.....

Geez that is so wierd, they do look like Cojo! I thought that before I even got to read these message boards after their surgery on TV. I cannot believe their parent's actually paid for that surgery and she should have gotten them a dermatologist, a decent haircut, and some braces. I mean they are still young enough to grow into themselves and go through changes. They are so young to take such drastic measures. They need to really do some hard thinking before they have anymore surgery.

These twins had their makeovers done on one of MTV's makeover shows, so I am sure the show paid for it.
you hit the nail on the head

You are sooo right, they dont even come close to looking like Brad Pitt. It only goes to show you that people with personal issues on not knowing who they are, will do anything to be someone else.
To change your looks to look like someone else is just totally stupid in my oppinion. Now to make your self look better, without a drastic change is ok. As long as you are trying to be yourself.
Did these guys think that they would get more women becasue they look like someone else? I hate say this but if that is what they were looking for, well then they are looking for women who dont like them for them, but they are looking for women who like someone else. I would want someone who wants me for me not for who I look like.
I think they need to focus more on who they are rather than trying to be someone that they are not..
And I agree with the person who mentioned about a refund. Becasue they did not get the results that they were looking for.. But then again maybe that is a good thing...

I AM A TWIN AND WE HAVE NEVER ASPIRED TO BE ANYBODY BUT OURSELVES. WE ARE HAPPY WITH OUR LOOKS. WE ARE IDENTICAL TWINS AND THERE IS ABOUT A 20 LB DIFFERENCE, THAT IS ANOTHER SHOW. HOWEVER, WE BOTH FEEL BEAUTIFUL INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. THEY DO NOT LOOK LIKE INTENDED CELEBRITIES AND WHAT IS UP WITH THOSE HAIRSTYLES.
      You are sooo right!!!

I agree with mom2kaykim 100% these boys look absolutely nothing like Brad Pitt. I agree with having plastic surgery if your not happy with something about yourself and you are mentally sound. But I hope they dont have anymore surgeries, because they will eventually look like Michael Jackson.

Why do they call it a makeover? To me, that's getting your hair cut, colored, and styled; your face made up, and a new outfit. Makeovers don't involve knives.
      BODY DYSMORPHIC DISORDER (BDD)

BDD tends to be chronic and can lead to social isolation, major depression, unnecessary surgery and even suicide

The disorder often begins in adolescence, becomes chronic and leads to a great deal of internal suffering. The following book may be of interest if you or someone you know suffers from BDD:

The Broken Mirror: Understanding and Treating Body Dysmorphic Disorder by Katharine A. Phillips M.D.

The individual’s obsessive concern most often is concerned with facial features, hair or odor.

      Hope it helps!

I believe that getting a drastic make over does involve going under the knife, in some cases and sometimes, I feel that it's very unecessary. Some people on this earth are very self-conscious of their looks and are desparate to change to reach a high level of self-esteem and that would be the case of the twins.

In other cases, plastic surgery can become vital, if it's a life threating situation. I'm referring to people who can't lose weight no matter what they do. Huge rolls of fat can weigh heavilly on ones heart and become a massive burden to an individual. That would be the only time that I would even consider such a move.

      Sincerely,
      Kukana
