          Accused of the Unthinkable

          July 21, 2011

In a gripping two-part series, Dr. Phil sits down with a family torn apart over accusations of the unthinkable.

This episode contains strong sexual content. Viewer discretion is advised.

          A Family Torn Apart
Melody says her 4-year-old granddaughter told her she was touched inappropriately by a man in a mask and that the man was her daddy. Melody’s daughter, Karen, says her husband, Jason, would never lay a hand on their children. She says she hates her mother for what she’s done to their family and has cut off all contact. Melody hasn’t seen Karen or her granddaughter in a year but stands by her accusations.

          “I believe my granddaughter!”

          Put to the Test
Melody explains another warning sign that she believes indicates her granddaughter was molested, and Karen’s sister, Natasha, shares why she also believes the little girl was abused. Then, Jason joins the conversation. Will Jason agree to take a polygraph test, and will the results end the accusations once and for all?

“You had my child raped at a hospital!”
