          Mom vs. Mom

          November 10, 2003

Moms face off in the ultimate debate about the best way to raise children. Working moms think they are setting a strong example for their kids. Stay-at-home moms think they are doing the most important job in the world. Dr. Phil steps in and fields the impassioned opinions of both sides.

To Work or Stay at Home?
Heidi has been a stay-at-home mom for years and is just now considering starting a career. Kasey is a working mom who is concerned that her career may get in the way of raising her young son and soon-to-be new baby. What is the right decision for each of these women?

Dr. Phil helps Heidi and Kasey weigh both sides.

          School Divides the Moms
Stay-at-home moms think that working moms should spend more time involved in school activities. But working moms argue that stay-at-home moms purposely push them out of the school by scheduling daytime meetings and activities.

Dr. Phil finds out what’s really happening in the schools.

          Husband vs. Wife
Pam wants to stay home and raise her newborn daughter, but her husband Scott wants her to go back to work to maintain their two income lifestyle.

Can this couple reach a compromise?
